Stayed the same this week... to be honest I am a bit gutted. I have been sticking to my points all week and I exercised 4 times last week, although it is the wrong time of the month so that could have some bearing on it.... still, its made me more determined to lose more next week, ya never know, I might be under the 16 stone mark by then.

Well done to all of the losers!
    Starting weight 17st 4lb - weight now 15st 2lbs

    30lb lost of 30lb by June 2012 :j:j:j (80lb overall goal)

  • Well done the first run of the 2nd week of couch to 5k - god I was so close to quitting a couple of times but I managed to just keep at it!

Was soooooooooooooo proud of myself cos usually I would have just stopped & left the gym as soo as the going gets tough I just have been out of the whole fitness thing for so long I have forgot what it feels like to just push yourself to keep going!

    Hi folks,
I've put a 1lb on so thoroughly depressed. I thought with looking after my grandson, helping my son move and doing a bit of decorating for him as well as still going to the gym I would have lost. Food wise I was OK but did have two bottles of wine over the weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!

My most successful dieting has always been when I've had a cheat day. I've always reckoned that it boosts my metabolism a bit.

Yesterday was a fab first day. I stuck to my calories and got my 5 a day and enough calcium in.

Cereal and milk for breakfast, cous cous and salad for lunch, chicken with rice and veg for dinner. I ate grapes, strawberries, yogurt and a Nakd bar for snacks. I also managed to drink 2 litres of water and two diet cokes.

I don't think todays menu will be much different!
