What exercises are you guys doing in the gym?
I find myself sticking with the treadmill as it's relatively simple to operate and I won't make a fool out of myself.

I used to have a programme (the trainers at my gyms will do new personal programmes every 3 months or so for free for any members who want one). It was a mixture of treadmill, crosstrainer, stairmaster, bike and various weight machines.

It's been so long since I've been though that I would die if I tried to do my old programme so I'm currently doing a mixture of the cardio machines and trying to build my fitness level back up a bit. Then I'll ask for a new programme.

    Hi everyone
Had a terrible week diet wise, as my weight stayed the same last week even though Id been following SW green days, it really got to me and by Friday I was back to eating rubbish, even though I knew I shouldnt I couldnt stop myself:( anyway I went and got weighed this morning and lost 1.5lbs but its only because I usually get weighed at 5pm!!!! but it has cheered me up no end and Im back on track:)

So today I have had/am having
    B - porridge
L - salad with tuna, pasta and a bit of light mayo
D - jacket pot, mushy peas and sausages, followed by yogurt and fruit.
Snacks are the usual fruit either apples or bananas which is what I have in at the moment.

    Tomorrow I will be having
    B - weetabix
    L - egg salad
D - shepherds pie and green veg

Thats about it for now, good weigh ins everyone I hope you all are doing great:)

    Hi all.
I have been really naughty and bought Just Dance 1,2 &3 for the Wii.
I have worked up a bit of a sweat today by playing it for half an hour and am hoping it will help get a little exercise.
Now my foot is better again, so i can start walking my son to school again!! Hooray!

I am DETERMINED to get under 11st!

  • Hi Folks,
Not been on for a few days as DS and girlfriend have been moving out. They finally went for good yesterday.
Its 29 yrs since I've had a home with no kids - not sure whether I like it - mind you he came back for a shower this morning as his bathrooms out of action today and he's bringing his washing tomorrow as washing machine doesn't arrive till next week - so perhaps they never leave comletely:rotfl:
Anyway weight wise I stayed same this week which was a bit of a disappointment but now that I don't have to feed DS and GF I should be able to organise myself better.
I'm in the spring cleaning mode as I'm going through every room to make sure DS hasn't left anything - might have to get his room fumigated - only kidding - but I'm gutting it and I'm going to have a guest room for the first time in my life - so all this activity should burn a few calories.
Just booked a week in the sun in April - our 1st holiday abroad for years so need to lose that weight!!!
Any way girls keep at it - it can get a bit tedious after the first few weeks but if we keep inspiring each other I'm sure we can all do it eventually!!!!!

I was feeling like that but then I switched my time for exercising. I used to go Gym after work so would be there until 10 maybe which was stressful enough as I had loads to do.
I switched a week ago to going gym in the morning before work and I feel great and have my evenings to relax and do nothing
Tho I was surprised to see 50+ people in the gym at 6am

thanks miski...i was beating myself up last night for not going to the gym and having a massive crisps binge!! i think i have been pushing myself too hard with exercising...when i thought about it i had actually exercised sunday, monday and tuesday....no wonder my body was feeling ready for a break!

so i'm back to healthy eating today and off to netball tonight. dusting myself off and keeping on going! i could never go to the gym at 6am! that would kill me! x
