    I went to the gym this morning & couldnt even finish the first week of the couch to 5k I am soooooooooo ashamed of how unfit I am!!!!

  • 3rd WI for me and another 2lbs off- 7lbs in total. Have been good with food apart from the odd day (still didn't go mad!) I just need to match the exercise now lol- might do this 7 day challenge on Just Dance 3 that I have seen mentioned.

    Hi folks official weigh in today and have lost another 2lb:j. Its def down to the extra walk i have been doing every night with my friend unfortunately he is going home tomorrow (dog sitting his sisters dog) so wont be walking as much but hoping i can find the motivation to carry on going out by myself. With these cold nights its been a bit of a chore but meeting him has helped and was chuffed to see the loss on the scales.
    Well done to all the other losers this week and heres to another good week xx

    Its OK Dolly, you can start off slowly and gradually build it up!

    Believe me that was my position. (Still is!)

    I am so unfit it's actually embarassing to observe BUT you can improve it.
    I couldn't last 2 minutes light jogging on the treadmill but now I can do 20mins (which is not much but for me, it's a lifetime)

    And today, I learned how to say no to sugary sweets for lunch. (Once again, massive for me as someone raised on sugar and fast food.). I am going to eat some fruit and salads which is quite nice. (My fondest memory is of me in Wimpy clutching ice cream at 6) :rotfl:

    Going off topic and rambling.
    Don't worry about it love, your body will get used to it and it'll improve.
    I still face fear issues walking into the gym and observing all the hench men and cardio females in the corner but if I can do it, you can ;)

    erghhhhhhhhhh i did weigh 13.06

    its period week so scales say i weight 13.13 which is 7 lbs on!! un done all my hard work :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(

    im praying its all water as i have now done 22 days without crisps which were my biggest down fall!!

    oh and i are trying to eat up the cupboards as we are moving on the 1st so its random mixed dinners! we have been eating alot of chicken cooked in soy sauce with plain noodles now i dont think that is very un healthy do you?

    im going to start measuring myself as the scales and i are no longer friends!!!

    i did want to get to 12.06 by 14.02.12 so we will see

    Hi ladies, cani ask a question?

    i have an unexpected meeting on Friday, with a woman i havent seen since i was much slimmer :(
    I am really looking forward to see her, but i want to lose as much weight in the next 5 days as possible!!
    Has anyone got any sensible (not starving, not cabbage soup diet) ways that i can do this?

    It will ONLY be until Friday, then i will get back to being on the 'normal' diet wagon!

    Yes - go and buy yourself something knock out to wear and stop worrying. Wear something flattering.

    You are not going to lose anything significant that anyone would notice in 5 days - even if you survived on lettuce and black coffee.
