  • Hey you lovely lot!

Well feel a bit better about the whole excersise thing - I do just need to build it up & I have done zero excersise in the last 10 years so to go from nothin I suppose even a wee bit to start helps.

Back to the gym on wednesday!

Yes - go and buy yourself something knock out to wear and stop worrying. Wear something flattering.

You are not going to lose anything significant that anyone would notice in 5 days - even if you survived on lettuce and black coffee.

    sod it, you are right!

If its any help cleggie, apparently you should eat a high protein snack every 3 hours, if you eat more protein your body will break up the fat quicker. Try some porridge for brekkie, tuna and cottage cheese with salad for lunches, maybe an egg white omlette for tea with peppers, mushrooms and onions, but make sure you eat enough.

  • AGGGGHHHH have been very lucky and been away to Madrid for a few days. Have avoided the scales but do need to step back on them! Haven't had chance to catch up on all the comments yet so hope you're all still doing well.

I've tried not to overboard while I've been away, but I have enjoyed myself and have eaten much more than I would have done at home.

Back to normal today though, back to work & my normal food routine .....

    Afternoon all!

Was wondering if anyone had tried Green Tea to help weight loss?? Holland and Barrett has Cho Yung Tea, but this is SO Expensive, so brought some of there "normal" green tea, tastes a bit yukky though:o My weight loss seems to have died down now after the 1st 2 weeks of losing a good bit, so am willing/need some help.

What exercises are you guys doing in the gym?
I find myself sticking with the treadmill as it's relatively simple to operate and I won't make a fool out of myself.
  • Back to the gym today... first time since November:eek:.
I can certainly tell it's been awhile, but at least I've made a start again.
