Perhaps you've built up muscle which has increased your weight?"One day I realised that when you are lying in your grave, it's no good saying, "I was too shy, too frightened."
Because by then you've blown your chances. That's it."0 -

i really hope it is something like that because otherwise i just dont get it
Whatever the reason, don't let it knock your determination.
If it is due to muscle build, then it's only going to be a good thing as it will increase your metabolism going forward."One day I realised that when you are lying in your grave, it's no good saying, "I was too shy, too frightened."

Do you kniw how many calories a day you are intaking vs how many you are burning at the gym/on exercise?
Make sure you are eating enough as you wont burn anything else, and if you are exercising a lot, you may be gaining muscle but losing fat.
Have you tried ditching the scales for a month and relying on a measuring tape instead, to see if you are losing inches?0 -

eating anywhere between 1300-1800, if i take the average over a week i get 1600 odd
dont know how much i burn doing weights, burn about 150-260 on the WII/with exercise bike
if i have a small loss this week i will consider just using the measuring tape0 -
Weigh in number 4 and today I have lost another 3lb :j bringing my total so far to 14lbs
Quite chuffed with myself because although I mostly ate within or under my points, on the odd day (the weekend) I did go over by a point or two.
This morning I am mainly over my cold so I shoved the Davina workout on for 20 mins and then did 5 mins on the cross trainer (its all I can manage at the moment, but I am hoping to do this at least 4 times a week and hope to start feeling the benefits of it soon.
Keep up the good work everyone :TStarting weight 17st 4lb - weight now 15st 2lbs
30lb lost of 30lb by June 2012 :j:j:j (80lb overall goal)0 -
Morning all.Weigh in no3 today and am disappointed that I only lost 0.5/8 lbs/0.03k. This takes me to 11.0 which is nearly a loss of 7lb in 3 weeks, but on Friday my scales were just under 10.13, then went back up to 11.00! Yes I am another who gets on the scales every day!! Have been doing my dvds as well, still have aches, was my knee and neck this week, but shall stick at it. Well done to all losers!:T0
