    Hi everyone
Well I went for my weekly weigh in at SW last night and hadnt lost anything:( I followed the green plan this week so I dont know if that has made any difference but I havent had anything I shouldnt have, although I have had a lot of pasta!!! anyway I was very disappointed but they have persuaded me to follow it again this week so I will see if it works this week, if it doesnt I will go back to the extra easy!!!

So Im not being put off and going off the rails, but I will try to do some more excerise this week, just some walking or something, perhaps run up and down stairs a couple of times at night as well:)

Anyway off to see what I have in the cupboards and meal plan for the week, then start tidying and cleaning the kitchen/dining room:(

I've been trying really hard though and been feeling a bit low with the distinct lack of chocolate but its paying off!!

  • Hi girls,
How's it going? Had a bit of a blip yesterday - no gym and kids came for tea so ended up crashing the apple pie and ice cream so it would have been rude not to have had any!! - anyway upshot is scales up 0.5k this morning but I still got till monday till official weigh in so will try extra hard - going to try and fit in a zumba class this afternoon so this might work.
Did take my new grandson out in his pram for an hour but obviously I wasn't walking fast enough!!!
On the up side booked a week in the sun in April so lots of motivation there!! and saved money by shopping around.
Also bought 3pks 10 xmas cards, 2 rolls wrapping paper and 2012 diary all for £4 from cancer research saved about £10 so the pounds are staying in my pocket even if they are not dropping off me:rotfl:
Don't get disheartened nannygladys this can sometimes happen and it falls off next week - keep it up and you might be surprised!
Anyway keep going girls - see you soon:)

  • Hey girls,

Well todays been good so far!!

Last night I was up at the hospital seeing my mate & her wee baba they should be getting out today! Was freezing & was soooooooo tempted to just grab a chippie or summit but lord oh lord knows how I managed to resist.

I went to the gym once this week had a lot on & also had to buy a really good gym bra cos these bajongas bounced about like mad & actually hurt! So back on the excercise on Monday aswell.

Hope your all well my lovelies

  • Hi All,

I have lost 2 1/2 lbs this week which I am disappointed with as it was my first week at SW.

I followed Extra Easy, ate loads of fruit and salad and gave up bread.....but a loss is a loss I suppose!!!

Well done every one on ur weight loss.

    Jools x

Hubby home -back on the alcohol - does that say something!!!!!!!!!!

Have been to the gym today and eaten quite well so fingers crossed.
DS and girlfriend moving out tomorrow - my little baby where did all that time go. Tomorrow cleaning at DS new house so that might counteract the alcohol -I wish.
Should have gone to zumba yesterday but things got the better of me as they do!!!
Don't worry Dolly Rocker I'm sure you will catch up especially when we have bad days as I think I may be on the verge on!! Think of it as a long term thing - in 6 mths we WILL have lost weight!!!!!!
Have a good weekend everyone and try and limit the alcohol cos I think this is a killer - it is with me XXXXXXXXXXXXX
