2012 weight loss goals.................

  • I've had a fairly bumpy week as far as weight goes (yes I weigh everyday, I like to watch how my weight respond to different things). Went up earlier in the week, and have been inching back down. I was down past the last weigh in yesterday finally:j. Last night I had Chinese takeaway for my birthday and although I am up a bit from that I am still lower than my last official weigh in (and than the rest of the week). So hopefully should have a reasonable loss tomorrow for my official weigh in of the week.

    Everyone is doing so well!!
I'm really lacking will power. I've been so hungry today.
Started a new job yesterday, only found out I had it Thursday evening! So quickly had to think of something to take for lunch! Then had burger and real chips for dinner :o
Weigh in is on tuesday so I will do better tomorrow and tuesday!! I need to!

Today I have been craving chocolate, so I will for the first time, go over on my points by about 2. Having said that I have been under for most of the week so I'm hoping I won't damage my weight loss too much by giving in to my cravings.
    Starting weight 17st 4lb - weight now 15st 2lbs

    30lb lost of 30lb by June 2012 :j:j:j (80lb overall goal)

  • Weigh in day;). Well despite a bumpy week I am down 0.5kg/1.1lbs.:)

I'm happy with that from a week that inclued cakes and Chinese takeaway.

Wahoo! Another 2lbs off for me this week, total of 9lbs in 3 weeks of WW. Must not now get complacent about adding up points and chucking a bit more on my plate just in case!
Feeling fab and lost around 4 inches off my waist (the first place it goes on) in total, hopefully it will start coming off everywhere else now.
Keep it up guys, we're all doing so well!!! XX
