Dolly Rocker - I hope your BFF and new baby are both well!

Well done to all the losers!
I stayed the same this week although the scales gave my weight as being half a pound off but total weight loss was correct so think maybe it was written incorrectly last week! Fairly happy with staying the same as I had 2 slices of thick white bread toasted with butter, 2 regular sausages and 2 rashers of bacon with fat left on for my lunch! So I still have 24.5lbs to go by July!

    Hi Dolly,

My day has been a strange one...quite boring but ok. Ended up not having any lunch, just a banana and an orange. I don't really know why...disorganisation I think. This evening I have had a normal dinner and a slice of brown toast and an aero caramel from a Christmas Selection box with a cup of green tea.

Had planned on 6.05 pm gym class but didn't make it due to extreme hunger! Am now building up the motivation to go to 8.40 pm legs/bums/tums...don't know if I'm going to make it or not! Should really go as I have my official weekly weigh in, in the morning :(

well well well, what a turnaround in my mood from this morning, i walked my dog for 2 n half miles, decided against going back to my pit! ate a load of fruit n loads of water, pottered around house, had a yummy slow cooked casserole that i made yesterday that has a million ingrediants but so easy to make, pottered some more, went to boot camp and bloody loved every second! am going back tomorrow i feel on a high! having a couple of gins as my reward, hows everyone today??? xx

Hi everyone...I just want to say that I have lost another 1lb this morning at my official weekly weigh in...that's 9lbs in 3 weeks for me despite having a weekend away last weekend eating lots of nice food :D.

I have exercised regularly for the last few years but have always had a bit of a dodgy diet! This is the first time in my life I have ever properly changed what I have been eating and I am certain that this along with the exercise has been how I have been achieving the weight loss.

It has been difficult but I now feel that I have a new attitude about food and am also desperate for the number on the scales to continue to decrease which helps keep me motivted! I tend to eat:

B: Muesli (I changed to this from Cornflakes and believe that it genuinely makes me feel fuller for longer due to the nuts etc that are in it. I think that it's important to buy good quality stuff too).
L:Soup and Bread/Sandwich/Scrambled Eggs and Toast
D:Salmon with potatoes and veg/Bolognese/Chilli/Chicken Stir Fry

I try my best to snack mainly on fruit with the odd serving of tea and toast at night...I'm also still occasionally treating myself to left over Christmas chocolate. I think what's keeping me sane is Friday night treat night where I can eat whatever I want!

I just wanted to share how I've been doing it in the hope that I can motivate others.

Well done everyone with your losses so far! Onwards and upwards (or should that be downwards?!) for us all!
