It physically pains me to do it but in the interest of losing weight, I'm putting out all the chocolates I have from Christmas etc at work. By the end of the day the vultures will have picked them clean

I have been living on Red Bull for the past 2 years (drinking ridiculous amounts per day) and I think this is where the big weight gain has come from. I used to weight around 8 and half at heaviest - not that I can remember being that small - haha!
I have editted signature ...... now..... I think, hopefully will work. I will have a bash at making soup on my days off and freeze it ( I am also not the best cook in the world)
As far as I know sparkling is OK. If its not can someone shout:)
Soup is so easy, especially if you have left over veggies to use. I just put all my in a pan with a stock cube, pepper, maybe some chilli powder or curry powder and then boil. Throw in the blender and thats it.:)Loved our trip to the West Coast USA. Death Valley is the place to go!0 -
I have stayed the same this week as well. I am hoping for a loss next week, I am taking it slowly but surely (fingers crossed)Not Rachmaninov

ARGH, i have damaged my foot, so cant even walk properly!!! That means no walks for exercise!! Darn it!!

Hi all,
I've lost 2lbs this week :jwhich I think is brilliant cos I think the first week after new year is hard with all the nibbles left.
I've let myself have a treat and a bit more everyday and slowly but surely its all disappearing. I started back at gym on Fri and i am going to try and go 3 times a week!! Think it will tone me up as I've lots of flabby bits:o
Lesleyvhalifax - Frogletina - Don't fret if you haven't lost any some people take a couple of weeks to lose the first bit - were all different and will have good losses and bad losses (when you've really tried and you only lose 1/2lb) but as long as your not putting on it all adds up.
Love the poem MIt it made me laugh:T
Get well soon Kazipoo and cleggie - your certainly in the wars:(
Well done everyone who did lose - its not easy but we can do it!
Just off to see DS + girlfriends new house - they move on the 20th so dieting will be a lot easier hopefully - I'll send all the bad stuff with him!!!

Hi all, not weight loss related info, but just wanted to tell you all that i only have 1 debt left as of yesterday!!!
I cant remember the last time it was like that!!0 -
Well done, everyone is doing great! I'm trying to resist coming on here too much so have got a few pages of news to catch up on. I have been soooooo good this week though, eating well and exercising hard.
I do need your help though please guys. My hubby has decided that he'd like to come on board too (nothing like a sun holiday to motivate a diet!). He is quite a big guy but is aiming for 1.5stone loss. His problem is that he is a delivery driver and starts early in the morning. He leaves just after 4 am and gets home usually late afternoon. He tends to get peckish around 10 am and in the past has taken sausage rolls/sandwiches/pork pie etc but will then eat again when he gets home. Has anybody got any suggestions for food he can eat on the go - it's got to be something that is easy to eat on the go .....
First weight in for me due Thursday morning ... oh please let it be a good one lol!0 -
Lost half a pound this week. Was hoping for more, but better off than on, and I still haven't found any time in my day for real exercise, so other than being on my feet all day and doing my flylady stuff I'm not getting much done activity wise.Ninja Saving Turtle0
