I have to confess that I have just polished off a Cadbury's Caramel! Darn Christmas chocolate still lurking in my fridge! Not going to feel too guilty though as I've eaten well all day apart from that and did 2 classes at the gym tonight...my body is aching, so I felt it deserved a treat :D
    Save 12k in 2014 (my target: £10 000):

  • Hey ladies,

Well thats me not long in - was visitng my mum as its her birthday.

Had a baked potato & NO CAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is probably the first special occasion that I have not used as an excuse to overeat!

I am actually feeling quite proud of myself tonight.

Still going well on the plan but the proof will be in the pudding(I wish mmmmmmmmmm puddings!)on Wednesday when I get weighed I really hope the weight comes off I would like to lost another 1lb this week - keep everything crossed for me!

Good losses all round - I feel like I should do a wee update on the first sheet thing but it will take a bit of time to get sorted whatcha think?

Well things are going ok for me so far. Went for an extra walk last night with a friend and didnt go mad with food when i got home. I have just had a stir fry for my lunch and will have something smaller tonight I work night shift so find during the night quite hard going as we dont have anything to heat up food and dont have a fridge so food has to be something that wont easily go off or need reheating so invarieably it ends up being sarnies.
I am finding foodfocus a really handy tool for me although there is no support it is good for seeing just how much i am really eating and how many calories i am burning up with exercise. It has put a stop to me having some food items when i see just how many calories are in them.
Look forward to hearing about some more good weight losses xx

Just got back SW and lost 4.5lbs YAY!
:j:j Thats 9lbs in the last fortnight, shame it cant be that much every week

I can only do this weight loss thing if I go to a slimming class as my willpower is virtually nil, but you know what the saddest thing is that I realised tonight that I will always have this problem with food, its like going to a AA meeting (not that Ive ever been to a AA meeting), when do you get to the point when you can say to yourself Im happy with who I am at this weight???sorry if I sound depressed with myself - Im not Im feeling very positive with the weight loss and feel soooo much better in myself - Like another poster its nice to go normally again!!!:rotfl:

I hope you all have good weight losses :)
