Hahahah Jedward voice! LOVE it. This made me laugh alot.
So I didn't lose any weight this week but my tummy defs looks flatter and I'm feeling less bloated (and have been more regular) Sorry to overshare there ;) I feel like my new habits are becoming just that 'habits' not just a fad which is nice! So yes... baby steps but I defs feeling more healthy and pleased with myself.
    BUT
I am still struggling with the evening snacking! I have tried to go with the cuppa soups.. I think these are helping as they are about 60 calories each. You also have to drink/ eat them slowly because they are hot and the croutons/ crunchy bits in them convince my body it is having some food. Plus sometimes you just want the taste of food and these definitely have that! What does anyone think about this theory?

Good idea just i find some of them really tasteless so makes me want something else lol. I like air popped popcorn as well as its fairly low in calories but makes you think you are getting something to eat and the flavour options are fairly endless

Hiya I struggle with night time snacking too! I try not to eat things like that as I think they are quite high in salt which bloats me. Since new year I have been trying to snack mostly on fruit...at night I've been having a slice of brown toast or else a couple of ryvita thins (really nice and I think quite good for you as they are covered in seeds) with some thin slices of cheese with a cup of green tea. I just do not think I could physically not eat something after dinner time! It is such a hard habit to break!

Ooo hadn't thought about the amount of salt in them.. hmmm. Ryvita sounds like a good idea and pop corn. Will pick up both of those on the next shop. Zumba tonight! It's been a while eeek.xxx

I've lost 1lb this week, which I'm chuffed about because I had plateaued for a while. I know I only had 5lbs to lose, but those last few are so difficult to shift!

I'm only 3lbs away from the dress I never thought I'd wear again, happy days!

    Good luck folks xx
    All you need is less
  • first weigh in of the new year : 6lbs down (but hadnt weighed in for several weeks!)
    total weight loss now 26.5lb.
I need to loose 48.5lbs to hit goal.... only 22lbs to go!
  • Well this week, I lost (drumroll please...................)

    5.5lb!!!!

I'll caveat that by pointing out that I currently have norovirus. I'd much rather have a lower weightloss and not feelthis $hitty.

Look out for Ryvita Thins rather than regular Ryvita, they're in a yellow box...way nicer! I find Ryvita a bit cardboard like!

  • well I am on day 2 and so far so good. I have had a snickers bar mind you but I can accomodate treats easily as I have so much to lose and still drop weight. Won't be having any more now though as none left :) . I've made soup tonight so that will keep the hunger at bay
