I am not going to a club, for me it is the cost aspect. I dont like to pay to be weighed. Its a personal choice, some like the support network.
For me, my diet has changed. I make different choices. I am not a fan of exercise, who is?:) but I do like walking.
How about you?
Well, myself and my partner joined the gym last October, went for a solid month(5days a week, sometimes even at the weekends) and haven't been since - haha - I must cancel! I hate excercise too, that will definately be my downfall.
It is really hard for me, as my partner is a very fussy eater, but has promies me that ths time he will give it his all (he wants to lose a stone - but has no meat on him anyway).
What sort of meals are you eating daily please? I work 6am-6pm 12 shifts, four on four off, so I would like to get into my head some sort of eating arrangement, and maybe I will even start meal planning0 -
P.S How do I do a footer please0

For me, planning in advance is key. How about homemade soups to take to work? I have cut down on a lot of bread. I have just found oat cakes and have these instead. I like cottage cheese so have these with crispbread.
I dont like water, someone gave me a glass of sparkling water sometime ago. Up until then I hated it, but now love it. I guess our tastes change over the years.Loved our trip to the West Coast USA. Death Valley is the place to go!0 -

Is sparkling water ok to drink then? I have been living on Red Bull for the past 2 years (drinking ridiculous amounts per day) and I think this is where the big weight gain has come from. I used to weight around 8 and half at heaviest - not that I can remember being that small - haha!
I have editted signature ...... now..... I think, hopefully will work. I will have a bash at making soup on my days off and freeze it ( I am also not the best cook in the world)0 -
