Hi everyone do you have room for one more please?
I have at least 5 stone to lose and need some serious motivation I started this last year and dropped some weight but am ashamed to admit put even more back on so am now at my heaviest ever. My problem is portion control so really need to try and get that sorted. I currently walk my dog for 11/2hrs per day and in the summer was doing another hour at night but the pounds were not shifting so not sure what to do. Never mind hopefully with the support of all of you this will be my year. I look forward to the challenge with you all by my side xx

Well, did the first weekly shop since starting WW and it came in about 20 quid cheaper than normal!! Wasn't counting on that as a bonus! The smug feeling soon disappeared though as since lunch, I've finished my day's allowance in Celebrations - damn you, leftover christmas chocolates! Still, a 2 point chow mein for tea and red grapes to munch shouldn't make too much more of a dent.

anyone else wanna weigh themselves every day??

I do tend to step onto the bathroom scales (kept in the kitchen!) every day but "officially" weigh myself once a week.

"Official" weigh-in this morning. One pound lighter - as target.

As I put on a pound over Christmas, that's just taking me back to where I left off. (However, the "official" is my OH and my reading of the scales was a 2 lb loss but I'll keep that in reserve. :))

Just back from a weekly shop, you would all be so proud of me. No choc/cakes/crisps or other rubbish. Just brimming with goodness:-):j

hi guys, i bought scales yesterday so had my first official weigh in this morning...10st 6lbs. delighted with this as i was 10st 11lbs when i weighed myself in a hotel gym on 29 dec! my aim is 9st 6lbs. i am more than happy to be doing this by 1lb per week as long as the weight keeps going is the right direction! fingers crossed for next week's weigh in...

so far today i've had 2 cups of coffee and a small piece of bread and ribena at communion in church. typing this is just reminding me to go and eat something proper! scrambled eggs and brown toast here i come!

Hi all! Gad to see so many new faces!
Its my time of the month now, so i am very impressed that i managed to lose weight last week, as i normally gain about 3lbs!
I went shopping yesterday for the kids clothes, and walked around the shops for about 4 hours, so that MUST count as exercise!! My foot really hurts today, its painful to walk on...serves me right for trying to go shopping in very unsensible heels :)

I have a busy afternoon ahead, got to get all the uniforms ready for school tomorrow, bath the kids, have a bath myself, hoover, clean up..the list goes and and on!
