Don't worry we are all going to have days when we fall of the wagon, but its the getting back on the wagon that is important. You have been good all week and one bad day, if you are anything like me previous to this diet every day would be considered "bad" so you already have made a massive improvment. This feeling of guilt will be a good tool to use as motivation to try and not stray next time0 -
Day 5 for me and I am feeling good
going to do some zumba this afternoon at home and am going swimming again tonight.
I am meeting my best friend for lunch tomorrow for her birthday so I am abit concerned about making the wrong choices and being swayed by her!0 -
I ended up going out for a meal last night- but made the right choices and even had a desert
, ended up going over my calories for the day but I couldn't remember how many I had so still happy and still under 1500 yesterday. Decided not to weigh myself today as I was gutted yesterday when Id lost 0lbs and was exactly the same bmi- which was silly really. May wait till Monday which is WI day before I weigh myself again.

Hi all.
I joined WW online on Weds eve (quidco £30 cashback!), have set my weigh in day as a Sunday and can't wait to weigh myself this week!! I already feel so much better, despite having gone over my points allowance both days so far. Just goes to show how much more I was eating before than I needed! I'm 30, 5ft tall and about 9 and 3/4 stones. I'd like to lose about a stone and a half I think. I'm a size 10/12, but the reason I decided to join WW is so that I don't follow the same pattern my mum did after the age of 30 (dear god, don't anyone tell her I said that!!!), I'd rather sort myself out now!!
Any family, fussy-kid friendly recipes would be greatly appreciated!
Good luck everybody!!0 -
Hey everyone!
Well I am still on the wagon LOL
There are goin to be days when we all have that slip up anyway so dont be mad about it when you do just wipe the slate clean & start afresh. NO GUILT!
I nearly devoured OH's pizza last night but I was kinda determined to just be good want to try & get through the rest of this month but we all know that this might not happen just look at December I had the goal to lose 5lbs - I lost 3.5 then put 4.5 on!
Well hope your all having a good day
Speak soon
Oh & welcome to all the newbies - good to have you with us

Hi peeps
It's friday whoo hoo :j. How are well all doing?
Well today was a good and bad day. Good because it was our sales meeting and me and my colleauge were surprised with a beautiful bunch of flowersI only ate 1 small triangle sandwich, which I then promptly stuffed with all the salad garnish from the plate :rotfl:My boss was giving me some strange looks. I also ate 2 chicken dippers:eek: but they were grilled so dont feel too bad.
The bad thing was we had to have our pic taken (which I really really hate for obvious reasons) because of the meeting and us getting our flowers from the sales manager. I then downloaded it and I burst into tearsI look soooo fat against everyone in the pic. I totally dwarf everyone and I could not bear to look at it anymore.
However, after a cry and a kitkat (from my boss to cheer me up) I have decided to print it off and pin it to my fridge. It will remind me why I am doing this diet and a constant reminder this is why I dont want to be fat anymore :T
Going to go swimming on Sunday to get used to the local pool then I have aquafit on Tuesday:D
Have a fab weekend x (Weigh-in is on Monday eeekkk )0 -
Hi all, it was my first weigh in at WW yesterday. I weighed in at 14st 9lbs, I've put 3.5lbs on since my last visit.
I'm feeling really positive though, bought one of the new WW journals, I'm tracking my points and trying to do more walking.
Keep at it everyone

Woke up with man flu this morning.... I can see lots of soup on the horizon
Don't know why but despite feeling horrible, I really feel like jumping on the cross trainer for a bit of a sesh.
I find that exercising actually wards off colds! If I feel a cold coming on, I go out to the gym and I find it sorta sweats it out! Could be imagining things but I think it works?!!Save 12k in 2014 (my target: £10 000):
