Hi everyone, congratulations on everyones weight loss so far!
I follow slimming world, I have my weigh in every Tuesday.
My aim is to lose 2 stone by July.

Had a couple of piggy moments today. Have so much shortbread laying around at home!!

My trouble is variety, I'm constantly having weetabix for breakfast which gets so boring.

How about a flask of soup, a weetabix bar, a salad pre-prepared the night before, or a salad sandwich, some french fries, velvet crunch or other low fat crisps?

I did what you shouldn't do and weighed myself this morning 3 days prior to when I as due to! I know it sounds weird but I was sure that my hips were looking more slim than usual this morning, so I jumped on the scales and I have lost a further 2 lbs!! I'm not sure if this is fat or whether my change in diet has meant that I am retaining less water?? Whatever it is I'm delighted! 7lbs down, 11 to go! Nearly half way there! :T
    Save 12k in 2014 (my target: £10 000):
    My savings: £4878.54/£7000
    Joint account savings: £2685.57/£3000
    Total:£7564.11/£10 000 (as at 26/10/14)

If i havent lost any weight by the end of this week, i may have to resort to chopping a limb off :rotfl:!
i have been so poorly that i havent even felt like eating, and havnt stayed up late in the evening nibbling on food, as i have been in bed by 8pm!!
