    Everybody is doing fantastically well!

I am another that weighs myself every day, although I only have one "official" weigh in per week. I find it keeps me on the straight & narrow, but tracking EVERYTHING I eat is really working for me too.

Netball yesterday was great fun, but hard work! It's with a group of colleagues in our lunch hour, so no pressure - much needed time away & doing something useful!

whamfanuk - can you not have a chicken kebab? I lived on them when I was following weightwatchers, nothing wrong at all with chicken in pitta bread with salad! I am very much missing my wine though!

I don't work Fridays so a quick surf on here, followed by some ebaying and then I'm off to the gym. The only problem is that it's so busy at the moment with everybody on their new year's health kick :rotfl:
  • What I need you ladies to do is pmail me any weight you have lost already - then each time you update it just drop me a wee message if you want me to update it on the front page.

I'm trying to do it by looking through the chats but we all talk too much its taking me ages!

  • I have been so good this week, down to 8stone 10lbs. I rewarded myself with a takeaway pizza last night...delicious! And I scoffed an entire half of a large pizza. And I even had full fat cola.

Back to homemade soup and bananas today ;)

  • Well done everyone - doing brilliantly. I unfortunately keep falling off the wagon as soon as I get back on. Went out for a meal and far too much alcohol which will certainly mean a gain by Monday when I get weighed. Never mind, just got to get back on the wagon again. At least I've been too hungover to eat much today.
