Well it was d day yesterday and I weighed in at 12 stone 8
, so I have 36 pound to lose.
Went and bought a 2012 diary so I can write in everything im eating, I'm also keeping a tally of water I drink because I really dont drink enough. Managed 2 glasses yesterday.
All going well so far!!
How much water do you drink normally? Why do you think that is not enough?0 -
Everyone seems to be doing really great - thanks for keeping me motivated!
Pretty good today. Special k for breakfast, chicken soup for lunch and dinner with some WM crackers at tea time. Had 2 Graze snacks (under 100 cals each) plus some blueberries as snacks.
Went to body pump (even tho I felt v v tired!) and soooooo glad I went. Feel better for it but know I'm gonna ache like crazy!
Keep up the good work ladies x0 -
Well I've joined slimming world tonight and weighed in at 15st 3.5lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But I know I'll get there. I think I said I wanted to be 11st 12lb so need to add another 3.5lbs to my monthly loses (hopeful loses!) for the end of August. If I could do it before the end of July that would be even better, but don't want to push it! If it takes longer then that doesn't matter but I must try to stay focused.
Have a good day tomorrow xxNeed to sort my life out! :T0 -
Finally stepped on the scales:eek: not official yet because I normally weigh in in the morning but I'm at 83kg.
I'm within my propoints target for today though... so that's a start.0 -
i have been naughty and jumped on the scales weigh in isnt until sunday morning but the scales read at 13.11!!! yay thats 3lbs lighter and im into the stone below!!!!
i have actually been feeling hungry which is fab as i had forgotton what that was like as i used to munch all day long!!
so on sunday i slept the majority of the day!! but i ate fajitas for tea with chicken and peppers with a salsa tiny bit of cheese! but i was naughty and ate a family bag of walkers crinkles in ready salted as they were calling my name from the cupboard! suprised you girlies didnt hear them!! :rotfl:
monday i went to work and had a light sandwitch tuna and cucumber with lite mayo and a wispa chocolate bar :S for dinner i had roast potatos and tones of veg with some gravey and for pudding i had a slice of apple pie and custard
tuesday i had 2 crumpits with butter and marmite and 2 fajitas with chicken for tea! i was really craving sugar so i had a blog of marzipan!!
today i slept again as my depression is quiet bad at the mo as i am very stressedbut i had home made chicken pie with filo pastry and veg for tea (i guess about 450 calories) with a slice of yule log :S
so over all i havent been massivly healthy but its way better than what i would eat!! normally i would easily eat a family bag of crisps and a 12inch subway for lunch then a big dinner like a whole pizza with maybe more crisps and then maybe 2 or 3 dougnuts that was a typical day what a fat cow!!
when i was working at the travel agents i had a treats draw and it had all sorts of !!!!! in it and i would eat like 4 kinda burnoes each day a tube of pringles a packet of jafa cakes a subway for lunch maybe 1 liter of diet coke a bar of white chocolate then come home for tea and eat more crisps and a big dinner!!
i will have a proper weigh in on sunday but hopefully i weigh in at 13.09 or 13.10!!
good luck girlies xx0 -
Hi everyone
Had first weigh in at SW and lost 4 1/2lbs:j
Really chuffed as I have eaten really well all week, seems strange though not eating bread, but thats my choice. Had S&S with rice for tea followed by yogurt, so getting the hang of itl
In for the long haul though I reckon I have about 4 stone to lose not 3, but I will see how it goes:)£1 a day 2025: £90.00/365 Xmas fund0 -
Well done on the losses so far lasses...... aren't we doing well??
Yesterday I had 2 slices of WM toast with butter (cos I was being a rebel) for brekkie, left over jalfrezi and rice for lunch followed by cadbury light choc mousse and 2 lean rashers bacon, 2 thin sausages, 2 hash browns, 1 poached egg, 1 slice wm toast, a spoon of beans and loads of tomatoes (it was delish) for my tea.
I have, so far, found it fairly easy to keep to my points, and being able to eat the things I like helps loads. I am finding I can eat pretty much what I ate before, but if I cook if differently it makes all the difference.
Today I am planning to make pork escalops and sautee potatoes with veggies for tea, am really enjoying planning the meals, it is giving me focus and keeping me on track, plus I can plan the points over the day and know if I have any left if I fancy a sweet treat later.Starting weight 17st 4lb - weight now 15st 2lbs
30lb lost of 30lb by June 2012 :j:j:j (80lb overall goal)0 -
I did tell you that I'd be back everyday after my daily weigh in
Between yesterday morning and this morning I am down 1/2 a pound11st 3.5lbs.
I am terrible for weighing myself every morning but I do like to see that I am doing the right things. There's only one weigh in that counts though and that's the Wednesday one
I have to warn you, I will be back tomorrow with another little instalmentFree by FiftyDebt of the Moment -August NSD Challenge 14/150 -
OK, I'm back in my house with my scales for a morning weigh in so my official start weight for 2012 is 82.7 kg  which is 182 lbs or just a shade over 13 stone. Yikes, I've put back most of the weight I lost in 2010.0
