Thats a great idea, but I dont think I am ready yet! I think it will trigger the binge eater inside me and I wont be able to stop lol I am very much an all or nothing person unfortunatley0 -
This is my last day off work - booooooooooooooooooooo!
Well I'm actually looking forward to getting back & seein my wee buddies at work - also eat a bit better aswell cos I'm out & about & got more on my mind.
Really need to change my habits in work aswell as all the targets are changing & the managers are really starting to crack the whip which is a bit crappy but hey ho - I need to do it so that I am guaranteed my next 3 bonuses so I can pay for my nose surgery!
Had a nice wee brekkie this morning - actually it was the same as yesterday's I'm a creature of habit!
Hope you all have a good day

I'd like to join too please. I was horrified to see my scales read at 12 stone this week. In 2004 I lost loads of weight with Weightwatchers and got down to 10st 2lb. I put on a few pound and then hovered around 10st 7-10lb until 2007 when I gradually started to put a few pound on every few months.
Time for it to go!
I'm doing the Moonwalk in London in May (26.2 miles) and have a family holiday in Menorca to look forward to as well.
I joined the gym a couple of months ago but have only been a handful of times, so really need to step it up.
I'm going to aim for 1-2 lb a week, and would like to lose 21 lbs.......0 -
Have started tracking again today... using weight watchers online (it's stupid to pay for it and not use it as I have been doing). This should help me get back on track.;)0

I need to pay for my SW tomorrow aswell - I stupidly paid for 6 weeks before Christmas, lost weight then just put it all back on again grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Hey lovely peeps
How is everyone? Well diet day no 4 and things are going ok
Walked to work every day except yesterday because the "looking like a drowned rat" look is not yet in season :rotfl:
Meeting friends for dinner tonight at P-Hut. Not met up with them for ages so looking forward to a good natter. I was worried about how I was going to deal with all that lovely pizza but I have come up with a plan with OH ... I am going to have a large salad and we are going to share a large pizza between us (well he is going to eat most of it). His though is I will be talking soo much that I wont notice him eating the Pizza :rotfl:

I did gym on Monday but haven'r managed to do any since I've been hauled up doing uni work so I am hoping to get some done tomorrow and over the weekend really push myself. Charging up the ipod and making some good play lists as additional motivation! I really want to get a bit further down on my next weigh in on monday eeeek.[STRIKE]7lbs to lose [/STRIKE]

Back to work today and so far so good
.
B- Pkt skips ( forgot my cereal)
L- wholemeal roll, salad, cold meat, tiny splash LF mayo, shape yoghurt.
D- Chicken drummers (3) , spring cabbage ( half of one) and baked potato with 28g cheese.
Snacks will be pkt skips, orange and 1 choc biccy. I actually forgot what it felt like to be hungry and that is not good. So if I can keep this up until the weekend then hopefully a wee loss. I must admit my mood is certainly lifting now that I have made the effort. I went for a walk for 45 mins at lunch ( nearly drowned in the rain) and intend doing a few minutes on the cross trainer once my dinner settles. I'll only manage a few minutes though as I find it really difficult
.

By end 2020 I want CC at £ 19,000.00.
