Im hunnnnnnngry! I've had porridge/ 1 slice WM toast with half tin of bins/ 2 chicken salad wraps and a WW rice pudding (1450 calories I think). I keep wanting to reach for the chocolate left over from Christmas!
I also got Zumba for Wii today- unfortunately its impossible for me to do with my severe lack of rhythm and heavy- footedness so may just stick with the MJ dance one as Im getting the hang of that one!
Could you give the chocs away? I know at my OH's work, loads of people have taken them in.:)
I know what you mean about Zumba, I hjave no rhythm either. I cant even do the Just Dance on Wii. I can recommend the EA Sports More Workouts.Loved our trip to the West Coast USA. Death Valley is the place to go!0 -

I'm not surprised you are hungry, that seems like hardly anything for a day.
I have been having either 2 weetabix with milk and sugar or 2 WM toast with lighter butter or spread and jam or porridge with milk and sugar for my brekkie.
A sandwich (ham, chicken or tuna with salad) A bag of the most delish crispies, a weetabix bar and a chocolate mousse for my lunch.
Then a delish tea, which last week included fajitas, chicken breast and noodles, spag bol with meatballs and baked potato with cottage cheese, beans and tuna :rotfl:.
Plus afters of jelly and carnation or jelly and ice cream and any snacks include apples, carrots or weetabix bars, and I even had a small bag of buttons and a ferrero rocher .
Tonight I am making home made jalfrezi for tea, it is delish and very very low fat, I will have that with some white rice (not a fan of brown) and a home made chapati.Starting weight 17st 4lb - weight now 15st 2lbs

Morning all!
I fell off the wagon a bit last night and had some (LOTS) of chocolate, so am climbing back on the wagon today.
Have had some fruit for breakfast, am just about to have a grill up for lunch. I always find that a grill up is the ONLY thing that keeps me full for a long time, so i know it'll work. I normally have 1 sausage, 1 bacon, 1 toast, 2 grilled tomatoes, scrambled egg, beans, and 1 hash brown.0 -
I just attempted some zumba two songs in and im dying! im going to try and do another two songs tonight... i feel worse for doing it as it has reminded me how unfit I actually am
I feel like I am at the bottom of a huge mountain! its quite scary.
I had porridge with skimmed milk for breakfast, followed by a tangerine. Lots of water consumer, about to make a chicken omlette for lunch0 -
hi mummyofboys
i have started doing a few mins on wii sports a few times a day. Its not loads of exercise, it only equates to about 10 mins a day, but it all helps. I never realised how unfit i am though!
Dont worry, we can all climb that mountain together!0 -
yeah i am hoping i can gradually improve my fitness... I suppose I just had high (and unrealistic) hopes of doing the whole hour workout today and feeling good about myself.0

Mmmmm Cleggie that sounds awesome!
I had 2 sausages, 2 bacon, 2 boiled eggs & 1/2 tin beans for tmy brekkie/lunch - slept really late this morning the weather was terrible in Glasgow last night was still awake at 4.30am reading cos I couldnt sleep then the wind & rain got really bad! Some of my neighbours are missing roof tiles today!
Ours seems to be ok but it was really scary I dont think our houses over here are designed to be able to stand in that kind of weather!!
