Today I had porridge made with water for brekkie (the way my nana used to make it), with some sugar and skimmed milk, lunch was wm chicken salad sandwich, bag of velvet crunch thai chilli snacks, white chocolate weetabix bar and low fat cadbury chocolate mousse. For tea I had small portion of korma like curry, made with yogurt not cream, small portion of jalfrezi, rice and huge side salad with yogurt and mint sauce, followed by sugar free jelly and lite carnationStarting weight 17st 4lb - weight now 15st 2lbs

. I'm really actually looking forward to it tbh. I'm fed up eating junk. Not going to do any set diet per se but just have cereal/eggs/ porridge for brekkie, soup/salad/sandwiches for lunch and a healthy dinner. I'll eat low fat yoghurts and fruit for snacks and have a packet LF crisps and a biscuit at night as a treat. I've weighed myself and I have 111 lbs to lose ideally so that equates to just over 2bs per week for a year. Now that should be doable. I have dusted off the cross trainer and tonight I watched the biggest loser and now feel all inspired. So good luck everyone and I will weigh in weekly on a Sunday xx

Well today i actually feel soo much better as i have managed not to slip up on food and exercise.
Wasn't happy with the amount of people at the gym, as i had to wait for certain gym equipment. But i guess it is that time of year again

Snacks 1 apple and 2 tangerines

I ate a bit more today (now yesterday!) as I felt the day before wasn't enough to eat and I know it can't be good- starvation mode etc etc. So today I had 3/4 tin of chopped tomatoes 2x WM toast, WW Sweet and Sour Chicken with rice, 4x WW cookies (oops), WW yogurt, and for tea had a WW quiche, half jacket potato and salad. So 1300 calories today- don't know where I got 1450 for yesterdays calorie count from- it was actually only 1000 which I know is too low- naughty me! Back on the sensible wagon now!£20 a day April 2014 £834.87/£600 :j

Well, I did promise to start Wednesday 4th of January and here I am.
I weighed myself this morning and I am 11st 4lbs :eek: which is 2 - 2 and a half stone more than I would like to be
Going to take it in very small chunks though and my goal for the end of January is to be under 11 stone (probably 10-13 and a half) My weigh in day is a Wednesday but I am very bad and weigh myself everyday
so you'll probably get very bored with my frequent postings.

Well it was d day yesterday and I weighed in at 12 stone 8
, so I have 36 pound to lose.
Went and bought a 2012 diary so I can write in everything im eating, I'm also keeping a tally of water I drink because I really dont drink enough. Managed 2 glasses yesterday.

Freebyfifty - I used to weigh myself everyday aswell my OH threw out the scales cos it was getting to be a bit of an obsession! I now only weigh once a week which I feel for me is better - We wont get bored of your frequent postings anyway!!
Moneysav - I dont drink enought water either - my bad!!! I just hate water its soooooooooooooo boring!
I drink pepsi max or diet irn bru - prob not very good for me but hey ho!

that took me to 4 stone and 1/2lb!! :j:j
