  • Well done piglet and welcome to everyone. :D
I'm still mainly lurking until I get on the wagon properly. I go back to work on Tuesday next week but I'll start weigh ins Monday morning I think. Haven't got the cash to go to a class, or the motivation to stick to one of their diets, but I will be blogging for the wedding and following another website's diet plans that are recommended for me.
Done loads of walking recently with the car in and out of the garage. It's back in again today as the radio isn't working since the other work was done. Here's hoping they can finally get it sorted for me.

I started back at the gym on Boxing Day with a nice swim. Today I did a 1 hour Zumba class and then had a 20 minute swim and used the steam room and sauna.

Am already feeling better for going and doing a bit of exercise so hoping I will see a loss on Monday :)

I love the motivation here! Lost about 40 pounds in slightly over a year. Struggling with the last 15 pounds - but 2012 will definitely be the year to accomplish that goal :) I'm starting with a new yoga class for some muscle training :)

    Hi guys.
just had a yummy chilli con carne with rice and am stuffed!
Can i ask you all a question please:
Do you wait until you are hungry to eat a meal, or do you have it at set times? I have hard you should only eat when hungry, but it just isnt always feasable as i'd be making seperate dinners for mysef later in the evening, or always eating leftovers/reheated stuff!
  • I'm always hungry!!

I think theres something up with me I'm hungry like every 2 hours or summit haha!

I know what you mean though about it being at set times - I try to always cook dinner at around 5.30 to 6pm but that changes sometime depending on work etc

    Thanks Dolly.
I think that if i get into a regular ating pattern (i.e. eating at set meal times) then eventually my bosy will learn to get hungry at those times of the day, so i'll go with that plan.
