So been fairly good again today! Another shift of doom on the shop floor but stuck to my weetabix, banana, soup and then my dinner (but finished off chocolate Snowman tonight oops- at least he's gone and can't torment me another day!)
Need to keep up with the drinking lots of water. I always forget but it does keep you fuller and just generally make you feel better doesn't it.
What is everyones favourite healthy/low cal dinner?[STRIKE]7lbs to lose [/STRIKE]

Can I join please!
I want to lose a minimum of 20 pounds by 5th June. I'm going to Download Festival next year and want to be fit and healthy to lug all my stuff across the site to get to the campsite and back, as well as moshing about and being lifted onto other people's shoulders - I was asked if I wanted to go on some random person's shoulders this year at Sonisphere and I refused thinking I was too heavy!! (10.5 stone at that point, but 4 foot 11)
I will still need to lose another stone after that to get to my 'healthy weight' but that is the absolute minimum I want to lose by that point.0 -

DR - Thanks for starting this thread. :j
I am aiming to lose 2 stone in 2012.
I have a dance dvd (never attempted), an unused rowing machine (hubby will show me how to use), running shoes (hardly used) and my trusty old mountain bike (will use instead of car for short trips).
Am aiming to give up tea and coffee and refined sugar too - not easy!!!
I will start 1st Jan when all the xmas goodies will have been eaten!

Oh ladies!! I am so far off the wagon that its disappeared from sight!!
I'll get back on it tomorrow!0 -
Hi everyone, This is my first post so please be gentle if I get it wrong.
I'd like to join the 2012 weight loss challenge - tried to do it on my own last year - started with health check and found I had underactive thyroid but don't think I can put it all down to this. Did join ladies Gym in August and although it toned me up I found I didn't really lose weight.
So I'm going to start again in Jan - eating healthily and going back to Gym but perhaps put a bit more effort in - also my thyriod medication was stabalised in October so perhaps things might be easier.
I am only 4'9" and weigh 10st 3lb so look like a little barrel LOL
I'm going to aim for 4lb a month - any extra will be a bonus!!
Just eaten the last few chocolate whilst writing this and only a few mince pies and a bit of cheese left oh and a night out tonight and new year!!!!
Anyway good luck everyone and look forward to all your brilliant advice. Thank you and Happy New Year:)Lightbulb Moment - Jan 2005
