    Can I join too please???

I'm at my highest ever weight 13st 3lbs :( and am determined to make some positive changes in my life for 2012.

I've done Slimming World before but cannot afford to join any diet classes right now, so my partner and I will be doing SW together and hopefully I'll get moral support from some of you lovely people. :j

Ideally a 2lb a week weight loss would be brilliant and ideally I'd like to lose 3st 7lbs.

Ready to get started and see a new healthier, fitter me :j

Hey - I do SW aswell so we can help each other out!

    Good luck

    Good morning everyone!
Welcome to the new people, welcome to the thread.
Dolly- are you jumping on the wagon today? I think i remember you saying you were starting as from the 27th? Good luck, i am joining you i think.
Its so hard with chocolate everywhere in the house at the moment! I still havent opened the tin of quality street and i popured the rest of the alcohol down the sink so that i dont drink it (there was only a quarter of a bottle of malibu left anyway). Its not very money savvy, i admit, but it was dont in a moment of madness!

I have made my meal plan for the week, but i need to go and buy some fruit as i have run out.

Oh Cleggie - I'm still off it!

Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek - I have given into all temptations!

just had toast with peanut butter there it was delish!!!

I'm gonna start again Jan LOL

    Give it away?

I got a tin of chocolates earlier in the month which I promptly passed on to the staff at my son's nursery.

Oh I sound so saintly don't I? Except I'm stuffing my face with cheese and crackers every time I go into the kitchen of course.
