  • Well I'm so glad to be done work - my day dragged in LOL

    Went to Slimmy World this morning lost 0.5lb - not much but at least its coming off - need to lose 1.5lbs to reach my December target - hopefully I can do it or I will adjust my January target to compensate haha!

    Hows everyone else today?

    I'm gonna try & cut out fizzy drinks on the days this week when I am sticking to plan to see if that helps with my loss in the next week or so - fingers crossed for me!

    What kind of fizzy drinks, Doilly Rocker? If they don't have calories in there is no point cutting them out. If they do have calories in, then it will almost certainly make a difference.

    If you are trying to lose weight then fizzy drinks are one of the first things to cut out as they are just empty calories.
  • one of my goals is to cut out the diet coke after new year...thats my addiction and i can drink a lot of it through the space of a day! need to break that habit and only have it on a weekend or somthing!!

    I drink diet irn bru or pepsi max which is really low in calories - meh maybe I wont then! I do love them!!

    Maybe I just get some excersise that might help - I am a lazy sod:rotfl:

  • Meh fell off the wagon today a bit girlies!!!

    Had a bagel with smoked salmon & scrambled eggs & a toffee nut latte

    It could have been worse I suppose!

  • My aim for 2012 is to reach goal weight (6lbs to loose) and aiming for the beginning of Feb, before my 30th so I can start my 30's 'healthy'. I've lost 7 1/2 stone to date, I have weigh in xmas eve though. I then want to stay at goal, if I loose anymore weight thats a bonus, but I won't be trying as hard if that makes sense as I'll know I'm in my healthy weight range.
