I called them to apply on the day it was ending. Guy on the phone took application and it all went through. He told me that it was ending today but I will get my £100 when I have credited £1000+ a month on the 2nd month.

He booked me a slot at my local branch this Saturday coming to show them ID docs. Today I recieved the paperwork. There was no mention of the £100 bonus anywhere in the leaflets or letters. Do you think I've missed it?

If I have I will cause a scene like you won't believe at the branch and I shall tell them to where to stick their account.!!:)

All branches were told to remove the offer details when the memo went round on the 14th

if you did your application before and completed on the sat you should be fine

it would not be the branches fault if you didn't - it would be the call centre where you did your application

    This is just getting better:

Got home to a letter - hoping it was my list of DD's - only to see another '..but have not yer received the correct authorisation to carry out the transfer letter'. This is my THIRD letter. Phone them up, and the CS appologises as the account shows they've received two!! Add insult to injury I asked if they have received anything from my bank, they so no..asked when they sent the letter to my bank, told the 19th March(same as this letter!). I applied on the 12th..............Of February!

I'm annoyed too cause I have sent some from thew branch, but them seem to send the same old letters to customers as the system hasn't picked it up

Well I have had all of my queries answered by using that method, only once did they need to speak to the aats team, otherwise I got all I needed via the call back system, all is going well, my DDs and SOs are being moved satisfactorily, at this moment I have no complaints, unusual for me, because if something can go wrong it usually does with me :D

When I received the transfer forms from Halifax at the top where your current bank account details are were someone elses sort code and account number.

Abit worrying really, does this mean someone else was sent forms with my account details on?

I credited the account with £1,000 when I opened it in February and put another £1,000 in last week. They received the transfer forms in February (confirmed with customer services) so when should I get my £100?
    Cashback earned
    Quidco : £858 :)
    Pigsback : £20 and a Beatles CD.
