Morning everyone
Ooh so much to catch up on from yesterday
Peaceandfreedom - Woo! to your cashback - i was with them before so sadly, unlike jwil - i've not changed addresses and name so probably can't do it again :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I've currently got over £100 waiting to be tracked, tracked or part of a claim raised - really hope it all pays out - the claims have made me cautious about another offer at the mo. but i might still go ahead later as there should be no reason why the claims don't pay out.
Rocket lettuce is deliciousBeing further north than any of you i think i can't risk bedding plants just now either. Last year though i spent some time sorting out the garden, relocating some big plants we'd inherited when we moved in here that had been planted in the silliest of places - hard work but now i hope to get some smaller flowering plants along the edges
Brizzle & jwil - i've not done any upright toms before i do tumbling tomatoes - a great space saver in hanging baskets so generally out of the way of pesky slugs tooI've had some really good crops off them and are tasty too
jwil - there must have been something in the air yesterday - remember at the weekend i said i might clean up to perk myself up ? Well i cleaned 1 full (ish) room yesterday :T I say ish as i've to take the curtains down, wash and dry them and then put them back up again and there wasn't the time for this yesterday  So i will do that later and i will do another room tooThe room did feel better for it as well
I also listed 5 newly listed items on eb*y yesterday and will aim for at least the same again today - all 99p starts as i'm hoping for a FLW and have decided to list a few more costly clothes and shoes items then and hope they sell *fingers crossed* I sold a couple of items yesterday too - everything on there is 99p but it all helps
Today my DD came out to target 4 so that is now paid in full :j:j:j and as i budget £80 for this the £1odd change i have moved over to target 3 as my PAD for today
jwil - well done on your payments tooCC1:T £[STRIKE]2531[/STRIKE] £1460MORTGAGE OVERPAYMENTS: £10575.20 Target £12,100MF Date: [STRIKE]August 2042[/STRIKE] May 2035Declutter 1000 things by Xmas 2015! 53/10000 -

Geraniums last on our window sills all year through unless its an exceptional frost. So any veggies will be snug and warm inside or in a coldframe for a fw weeks yet but the foxgloves, poppies and primulas are out now.
That's amazing about the geraniums - mine didn't even survive well protected in the (unheated) greenhouse - those few days of sub-zero temperatures did them in.
I probably won't put out summer bedding until the beginning of May but I will be sowing lots of seeds and planting out slightier hardier stuff. Hoping for lots of interesting tomatoes this year too.0 -

Well, I was with them before too - at least twice. There was nothing in the T&C about having to be a completely new customer and I've not changed addresses in donkey's years.
DDFW, you are doing really well with the cleaning and the ebaying. :T0 -
There was something in the air yesterday definitely! I'm going to try and keep it up, even if I just spend a few minutes a day - kind of flylady lite
I just decided that the mess gets to me, it's so bad it's overwhelming, so I just don't start. Whereas just doing a couple of bits while I am cooking dinner will make all the difference.
You've done so well with your house DDFW, when you are done, feel free to come and do mine
Well done on the listings, I'm hoping for a FLW this weekend too."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -

D'oh! Is it spring? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Maybe we're all just spring cleaning :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:- loving the flylady lite :j
So i got the curtains washed, dried and re-hung :T and i cleaned the 2nd room today- a room a day seems a good pace.
I also rummaged out a few more things to sell :T And i listed 5 items again today - 5 doesn't seem so bad as doesn't take a massive amount of time.
Got a couple of the things i re-listed at a lower price with bids on so i am very happy with that too
Jwil - if i was nearer i'd pop round and give you a hand- its always easier cleaning someone elses house isn't it for some reason?

Well done on everything you got done yesterday DDFW :T
   My phone line has gone down at home, so no phone and internet for me    I've reported it this morning and they say it could take 5 days to fix.
Hopefully it won't take too long, otherwise the next five days could be the most productive days of my life :rotfl: :rotfl:
All joking aside though, I've got stuff going out on ebay and we can't get on that or financial websites etc at work, so I'm going to have to hunt down and top up my dongle otherwise I will be in trouble. I can't live without my broadband any more _pale_
I did sell a book on amazon yesterday though, and managed to get that sorted before everything broke. :j"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
Hope you get home and find its all been fixed jwil - will save you having to top up the dongle too.
Well done on the sale on amaz*n :T
I feel completely rotten and doubt there will be anything productive from me todayCC1:T £[STRIKE]2531[/STRIKE] £1460MORTGAGE OVERPAYMENTS: £10575.20 Target £12,100MF Date: [STRIKE]August 2042[/STRIKE] May 2035Declutter 1000 things by Xmas 2015! 53/10000 -

Thanks DDFW, hope you feel better soon x
I've just called home and it's still not working. I don't really have the spare cash for the dongle, but needs must I suppose.
I have sold another book on amazon though, so hopefully I can get the details off there to get it posted :j"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
Brilliant news on the book sale jwil :T - it reminds me i think i have some money on there that they are due to send me
- indeed i do just a few pounds but it will all help and i think they will pay this week too
Grr! To having to get a dongle - i *think* if our phone line went down i could use my phone as wi-fi ?? I was so against getting a fancy phone and a contract too but with the commute eventually i saw sense and though i'm paying a bit more than i wanted to each month with the cash back deal and other stuff thrown in its worked out ok.
Going to try for something to eat in a bit and see how i go onI have also just forced myself to taking photo's of the items for eb*y ready for later - i know i will feel better with things listed rather than waiting to be listed and also if things sell then its clutter gone and coffers in
Plus for some reason my debts don't want to pay themselves off so i've really had to push myself
Although its still only the 5 things a day i'm popping on at the mo. - My little stash of over 99p things is growing though so really hoping for a FLW and some buyers too

Sadly I don't have a smartphone. I can get basic internet access on my phone, but couldn't even get onto that this morning
I already had the dongle, but needed to top it up. With relief I have discovered I can top up £5 and not £15 as it was looking. Hopefully all will be fixed soon.
Well done on getting the photos done, and hope you managed to eat something.
Hope you feel better soon xx"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0
