hi Pippi sending you hugs, hope you feel tip top soon, hopefully your new chucky friends will help you smile.
KK i'll bet you swooned!!! in fact i'll bet you threw yourself at your OH and physically attacked him, go you!!!0 -
I just wanted to drop by and say hi, and put a post in here so I can find it again.
I’ve been on MSE actively for the last year and I lurked before that. It’s seen me through some very tough times.
There are so many places within the forums I’ve only just found the diaries, I’ve read a few pages but I haven’t read all 48 yet. Are you still a professional “womble” it sounds absolutely wonderful.:)
I look forward to catching up over the pages.0 -
*blush* we were very pleased to see each other that's for sure
Thank goodness DD is still of an age where she goes to bed quite early
Speaking of DD, it's her birthday and she's asleep in my bed, so I need to go and get her breakfast and presents ready
Hello PK0 -
ooh, happy birthday to your DD KK!
(and welcome to Purple Kitten!)
Morning Pippi :T :T0 -
Happy Birthday to KK's dd
Pippi, hope you're feeling a little bit better today, but its kind of difficult to get out of that state, isn't it ... chicken sewing helps, mind you ...2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Happy Birthday
to your DD Kittkins!
And a huge welcome to Purple Kitten
(what a lovely name and hello and how are you!)
Mainly I'm an odd sock wearing hippy kinda gal wiht two awesome kids, a doesn't live here Mr F normally away 300 miles away and a peedie dog and 12 chooks. ETA and 4 barn cats!
However aside all of that I am indeed a professional womble and very exciting it is too.
I'm self employed - I do a bit of everything if is recycling or flower related as I'm also a bit of gardener (although work where I live isn't very frequent as mostly its too windy!), I'm lucky to also sometimes work at my local college, now and again teaching a bit here and there and I invigilate (liek Keiss) and generally do lots of fun stuff charging about often like a lunatic.
I hope you're all grand today - I hope we're getting through things - last night I made 80 spinning tops from recycled cds, bottle tops and marbles
Now that was fun, sorry I mean that was work!Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
Total debt as of 28/4/19 £7867.38:eek:
minus 112.06 = £7755.32:money:

Morning all.
Hope you are feeling better today Pippi. Sewing, in fact doing anything creative is a good healer for body and soul. How big is your flock now?
Popping on early today as I am heading for a busy cutting/sewing, then tidying day. Need to get the materials cut out for one of the projects I have underway, then start moving everything out of my "craft room", as DS1 will need his bedroom back on Sunday!!
Had a lovely day yesterday, taking photos at the craft shop that I do IT work for. Some of them will end up on the website in the next week or two. I also chose the rest of the material for my first quilt. It's amazing how long it can take to find the right pattern/colour!! All sorted now, so looking forward to cutting the material for the different blocks. Have to get the birthday presents make first though!!
At least it isn't foggy here today :j. It didn't clear at all yesterday, which made it chilly too.
Have a lovely day everyone xx.
