We had a family lunch today and my big sis got presented with a wooden spoon by one of her future sons in law. He may not live long enough to actually become her son in law :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I left them shouting at the England game, my poor ears could cope with 6 of them shouting at the TV.

Hey up all you've all been busy.

Greyign another parcel - thank you so much! the bags how beautiful and the flower stitches perfectly gorgeous!

Oh and the ziplock bags - oh I have to tell you, the bags - well - we're 'reorganising' the peedie haberdashery and ironmongery at work and needing little ziplock bags - what did I think - oh goodie - I opened a drawer and there was exactly what I needed just from you! Thank you so much - they are all now gainfully employed at the charity!

After my FB exploits - a chums also promised me to post all of her corks - which sounds ridiculus but will be a sight when the postie delivers them - and her loo roll innards!

I hope you're all good, its a sunny day here so I'm in and out in the garden - which is brilliant!

Maty - we cross posted - how lovely and funny! I hope, um you like (?) kibble?

And thanks to the lovely MrsMoo I managed to actually sit and do a thoughtful look at life and a simplewoman blog.

I also suggest a change of job, but I know you're saving towards patchworkygoodness!!! serious recycling science this stuff - I wore my lab coat too - :j - can't not take the science of sewing chookies and making spinning tops seriously! I am pottering about this morning then a friend is coming to do my eyebrows for me (decedent but very needed) then I have to drive into Cardiff to pick up something for church, come back pick DD up from school and take her straight for her swimming lesson before going to pick DH up.

Phew busy afternoon

This week DH has been off and it's made me long for a car of my own again. I've been walking/busing too long now lol!
