    Hya folks...interesting discussions here!

Dangerous apple shop - possibly so many varieties that Pippi would want to buy loads!!! :D

Like the idea of the apple being dangerous thanks to Isaac Newton!! :rotfl:

Hope the workshop has gone well today Pippi.

Agree it's cold today, but warmer temps on the way ;)

Been out and about all morning, now waiting in for the Mr T delivery.

Off out again tonight to my first session of Book keeping for the Self Employed, starting tonight. It's 8 weeks long, 2 hours per week...hope it helps me with my accounts..and avoid the need for an accountant!

Have a good day everyone, hope you can keep warm :)

keiss hope your course is a good one. although do you ever sit still?? you are always doing something.

Thinking about it I think I may be the only one on this thread who actually sits still. usually with a baby on my knee but still ;)

No wind here in Glasgow but it's cold..........:)

Hope you're all great, sounds like a great course keiss. :)

I'm tucked up after a lovely busy day :)

    Have a great one, :)

Pippi if you're in Glasgow then there's a second hand phone shop on Glassford street. Walk right down glassford street as though you were walking away from the centre. The shop is last on the left (white front I think) and across from Argos. They are an independent so you can haggle. They sell iPhones.
CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. You can enjoy it even if you don't understand it and too much can give you a headache the next day J

    KC how true!

Uni thank you, I'm not really thinking of buying one, more looking for an upgrade when I'm due :) I'll bookmark that shop though, thank you.

Well that's me all checked out (talked to the lady about recycling towels (more on blog), so ive done my first womble act of the day) and onwards to the airport. Cars been in garage and have to pick that up when back later today (<200 quid, I hope).

    Banks to check etc.

Free wifi on buses, how cool :)

I salute any of you living in towns/cities and your ability not to be bankrupt. Whilst I'm not much of a shopper, thankfully, even I got sucked into looking a pretty things.

Only purchase a down jacket (£38) which had ludicrus money off, now I've got confirmation my Xmas eBay purchase is a fake, I've got a refund for that to be processed and this jacket was half the cost (ish) of my refund.

I don't know how the rest of you manage in cities, but I guess you are more use to shops?

    Off to do banks etc

    Have a great one. Xx

Nope - we probably just get sucked in more often! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: Certainly with food, and I'm not an extravagant buyer of fancy foods, just another jar of peanut butter there when we could probably manage with just jam for another week, or whatever. And pretty things too :D Glad you've enjoyed your little trip away! :D

glad you've had a good time and got yourself a snuggly warm coat. I try never to go anywhere near shops/cities. Cities are easiest to avoid as we don't have any in this county.

    safe journey hope.

Shops are tough! And I meant to say, Pippi, I have a pic of me by that Glasgow Tardis, taken years ago of course :)
