just realised yet another reason why it's a shame you don't live closer Pippi, we've been chopping down conifers with 4 huges ones to go at some stage and could do with chipping them so we can deal with them. Ah well, i'm sure we'll be able to get one from somewhere.
How are you feeling today? good luck with the frog Pt2.
we've been very busy with the garden this week, mostly pulling up/chopping down plants but it's involved a lot of trips to the tip with a car FULL of stuff.0 -
Morning All!!! :hello:
Hope you are all well and have lots of lovely things planned for the weekend.
DP and I were up at the crack of dawn to put the artisanally hand crafted ()bunting up (so no-one saw us falling off a ladder etc :rotfl:) and it hasn't fallen down..........yet :rotfl:
Just waiting for DP to come back from gallivanting around getting 'technical' bits for the car. Then we're popping off into town to 'do' financial stuff and a speck of shopping. I bought a jar of peppers from Home Bargains, and didn't check the lid 'til I got home (stoopid me) and you can depress it - that means the seals not secure right? Anyway, going to get that changed.
Have a great time one and all.

its cold, wet and windy here. just in time for the bank holiday weekend.
tomorrow the guy is coming round to finished fitting the washer into the utility room. What we've done so far i'm really pleased with, make the room so much brighter and looking bigger. Fingers crossed if he does a decent job we'll still go with him for the bathroom which he may be able to start in a couple of weks time. Can't wait as i really hate the room at the moment.0 -
Hey up LT - brilliant news on the moving/decorating.
Its certainly not cold and wet here - sunburnt here and baked. (although the wind is still a tad breezy)
