I'm on 1/3 dose of meds...
Had a lousy day yesterday. Slept so much yesterday ...Don't know quite why am sleeping so much and have lost my wristband to go jogging and my bike lightsso can't go cycling...
Sure I just need exercise but still...
Also emailed Dr. C saying I was coming off my meds. He hasn't responded as yet LOL....Bet he was a happy boy this am :rotfl:
So yeah I 'aint fab but I'll be fine. I don't want you to tell the world about the other stuff....
I am still on the morning pills and that's it....No more pills for me..
And I have ordered a two chibi tanks for my e-cig cos they're only $5.50 each so like ordered two. Better than $30 for one...:D....(lil mama tank) so need postie to bring parcels for me this am ..(or lunchtime more like)

Postie didn't bring parcels
And no volunteering today either. Might go looking for another volunteer job if this continues more than a few weeks. Need the work experience and something to get me out of this isolation...
Cals yesterday were just under 800...this after telling the GP I was only having about 600. Apparently the lowest you can go though is 200 which suits me just fine.
So yeah..didn't sleep that well but head is a lot better this am. Don't know what I'm doing today but still. I have plenty of housework to do and I can always go for a cycle ride. I got my bike lights yesterday (that's the end of food monies ) for £14.99 reduced from £24.99 in the sale and also some Elizabeth Arden splendor reduced from £47 to £10 in the Perfume Shop (can you believe that had some left?!!!) and some jigsaws for Ma's birthday present so that will cost an arm and a leg to post next week. Might post them as seperate - don't know. Maybe get them priced before I post them so I can budget.
Some of my friends are getting worried about me with all my talk about the conspiracy and stuff but at least the boys are okay. They get fed....
And have discovered 'my fitness pal' which has less message boards and is more 'UKish' than sparkpeople...
and also tells you when you've undereaten :j

Hi Erme, How are you? Hoping you're okay as I haven't seen you around for a couple of days.
Re: eating enough... if you do one of your famous baking sessions, could you do a bit extra and put it in the freezer for when you run low?

I've been busy Miggy dearest and mega tired
Yesterday got all the tools to fix my bike (bar tyre levers) for £13 from Mr Ldl. - huge saving compared to the bike shop that was £30...end of housekeeping but still.
And I went grocery shopping......
Didn't eat properly last night was so tired and had mega grumps on Monday so like fell out with some good friend's in Ed...woe is me. Now they're refusing to even talk to me though know they're just as bad as me only they won't admitt it.
Now at volunteering having taken the wheels off my bike this morning. Then checked the tires (dumbo should have done it before)...found they were okay then made a right mess putting my back wheel on so now have to put the brakes back on tonight, check the gears and like raise the seat and we'll be fine. Praise God for the University of Youtube :j.....
So yeah what with that and getting up late this am not really much time to get on MSE past few days. Also finished with Send it (graphic design class) as I don't really want to do Graphic Design on a mac and there's only so much photoshop you can do (the next I think was Dreamweaver but still. These programs are not rocket science)
have also finished crocheting one sock though it's a little small so might design my own for the next lot and paid another £100 off EOD (evil overdraft) though had a £5 whoopsie on it the other day...
So yeah this is me. Might leave her soon so I can go home as can't get my posture right on the chair. GP on Monday so DV he can sort that
Och and like a day spent on Monday chasing o-rings for the tank on the e-cig - and that is still not fixed...
And an ECDL test tomorrow...
So now everyone is leaving and so am I...
SYL Miggy

Morning all. Hugs...
Pray everyone is well...after a few days (like about 2) of being mega tired I'm actually awake this am :j....
So yeah...pray I am still awake come tea time so I can cook what's on the menu plan...It's so important I eat well. But the past few nights I've just been having porridge, cheese and the odd sausage.
The brakes too forever and I was so tired I sat outside in my housecoat and PJ's - which was so not good when the neighbours came down the stairs (it was on the landing) and this being only about 6pm .
I also cut my hair the other day using the university of Youtube. It's a little too short for my liking but still...
So ECDL test (excel) today then I don't know what I'm doing. Have to cycle down to the chemist so that'll be the real test of the bike. Pray the wheels don't fall off LOL....

Hope your ECDL goes well! Be sure to post how it went.
Thought I was tired... needn't feel so guilty if I'm not the only one with unusual sleep patterns. And I'm rather in awe of your bike repairs. I wouldn't have a clue (never learned to ride one when I was a kid due to living near a busy road, and find it hard to find a bike that fits me nowadays).

Och thanks...I passed with 83% when I thought I'd failed...
So yeah quite a good day yesterday and a good night's sleep. And C is coming over on Monday to help me blitz :j...
After MD's criticism of my kitchen I've been blitzing that the past few days though now need a good floor brush. Any idea where to get one from? I'm using the dishwashing brush right now but it's not ideal for all the coffee and sugar stuck everywhere....
So yeah...quite tired yesterday but glad I have a new friend and like yeah...into next week's money already so praying I don't spend anymore this week (and don't go hungry) so that like don't have to dip into OD...That would be just awful...
Also need prayer my tanks turn up before I run out of cartos for the e-cig. I am getting some off a friend on the e-cig forums but still
Spoke to the chemist yesterday who said tiger balm and paracetamol for the back so think I might cancel my GP appointment for next week and like just use that for a few weeks. He also said plenty of rest and not too much time on the bike so don't think I'll be going to the FP's (free presbyterians) any time soon which is a grief...
DS hasn't texted me so might try and phone her at the weekend and have fallen out with dear elderly friends in Edinburgh and right now they are too hurt to speak to me. I know I put my foot in it but still. I will just give them space.
So yeah...sorry I wasn't on last night but like I was soo tired....and then C came over.....
Just need prayer I can start to cook supper at some point :j. Have food in - it's just a question of having the energy to cook LOL

Afternoon all...I hope and pray you weren't overwhelmed with my wacky email of the weekend Miggy...
Praying you are okay and looking forward to your return...
Chap now dumped and 'other problem' has software for it (free :j) - phew
And back on my pills...Didn't eat fab last night so I hope I can eat better tonight. Typically Monday night's is a sausage and beans night and veggies. So I got Lorne sausage for 29p or something whoopsied on Saturday so hoping to have that as my sausage supplies are a bit low.
Anyhow C duly came over after depot shot and helped me blitz the lounge. Even gave it a good hoover. And just before he came I found my sweeper cable and like my jogging arm band.
Just need to find my menu planning and food shopping book now...still quite a bit to do (bedroom. Cloak cupboard etc) but sure I'll get it done. I'm off to iron now (. I never iron :rotfl: and I don't have a tumble dryer either) so that should be interesting...

Helloooo! Sorry to have disappeared off, hope you got my email.
I haven't checked my inbox yet. When I have a run of nights to work it just seems to take over, as I'm so dopey after I get up. (I mean to the extent people comment on it, LOL!)
Well done for sorting so many things! :T :T :T I feel a bit guilty as my kitchen floor has been saying 'sweep me' in plaintive tones and I just picked up a few bits... job for me before tea time then.
Brilliantly well done on your exam results! Give yourself a pat on the back from me.
Kitchen floor... where you have coffee and sugar stuck down, dampen it and leave for half and hour so the sugar starts to dissolve. Might take more than one go but it will look fab when it's all sorted. Also, if you use biological laundry liquid or powder, try diluting a bit of that to soak the coffee off. Pretty good stuff for all sort of organic stains. (Don't ask how I know)
I got a floor brush from Tesco, in fact probably any supermarkets except the Express ones are worth a look.
I hope you've enough energy to cook tonight... when I'm just cooking for me I find it much harder to get a decent meal together. In fact without DH to help out I think I would mostly live off sandwiches.
Sorry to hear you fell out with your Edinburgh friends. Maybe send them a little note or something to say you didn't mean it to come across as it did and you value their friendship and hope they're okay? You know them best though.
Well, it's 4.20pm - time I had some breakfast.
Wish there was a manual for working nights to tell me what's going on with my body clock! :rotfl:Miggy

Thanks for the tips Miggy
...
Will look into it....
Had a good day yesterday hoovering and tidying lounge with C my friend...
Edinburgh friends are okay though I'm not really sorry for most of what I said by text. So I feel like a hypocrite. I did apologise but still.....They never apologise to me. But then a lot of people don't like DS etc. I guess it's just something lacking in modern life. (though Edinburgh folk shun modern life but still)....I mean Y at 84 or whatever he is in failing health should really retire. Also the steps upto the shop are so worn as to be dangerous. My Ma had a job climbing them. And they are stone. But you can't tell them. They will both drop dead in that shop aged about 90 or something.
So yeah.....had a snap at Ma this am by text as I can't deal with her panics (they really scare me and make me sick) and I don't think she has grasped that as I always said right from word go (even before xmas), 4 days with DS was too long!!!. That's why I starved and stopped taking my pills cos of DS cos I was stressed out (and also partially cos of Ma to escape her clutches). I will never forget the year when I chose (not long after xmas) to have a lie in. Because I didn't text her soon enough I got the police at my door at 8am . I was just having a lie in. Right now she is liable to bleat and cry and leave bad messages if I don't text pre 9.30pm. So you see I'm really not allowed a lie in EVER!!!
So yeah praying postie comes with these tanks for my e-cig today. Should be here soon...
Anyhow thirsty so best go...
