PS. My volunteer job is part of fair share - worth seeing who does it locally and if you'd qualify to get free food ...so today I got free lemon chicken sauce (BBE 2/12) and 4 free packets of a combo of digestive chocolate packet biscuits and the wafers (don't want to say the brand name) and the latter has comp on to win monies...if you find it in the packet - doubt if I'll win but still :j

If you think it will work out better in the longer term, it sounds as though you could do it. Just need to get your timing right.

Have you found a ticket in the packet yet? LOL. I never do but I used to know people who won a massive trip to New Zealand off a packet of something so it can be done.

ETA - just seen your later post... sorry they won't change you to once a month but maybe it's to the good? At least you won't have to juggle money for those two weeks.

I have just realised the girl I bought the bag off (the one I bought last night) doesn't do returns :mad:...

So praying it's big enough and in semi reasonable condition. Should get a refund on the asos (or details where to post it) in the next few days :money: so that will pay for the black and white one.

Figure a tapestry saddle bag is cheaper than anything else and they look just as nice

Thanks for folks prayers. A little better this am and only had 2 sprays of nicorette yesterday :j so hoping I can stick with it till about Tuesday or Monday then bin that nicorette.

No point in selling it on ebay when there's hardly any left and it's been up my nose LOL

So yeah - must ask Dr. C about the health risks of meds. I worry about the long term affects...

Sorry I've been mia for a few days...

LMB (lovely macbook)'s BT (bank transfer) hasn't gone through today so hope it goes through tomorrow to avoid the nasty DD on Wednesday. Pray they don't take it out....

Anyhow feeling rotten...

Family stress I guess and seeing a friend on the psych ward who hadn't taken his pills for about 6 months and is very sick with it all. Very withdrawn. Just sits in his room all day talking to himself....in a skirt (burmese style) and in a world of his own. Fortunately he's sectioned but still. Very distressing and has lost a lot of weight

As for family probs. Ma's car is off the road. She loves her car. It may be fossilized but she loves it. I personally don't think she needs it but she thinks she does. I don't think she can afford a new 'een if it can't be repaired ...so now she is saying she is under attack from the Devil which is a load of balooney if you ask me. He doesn't attack for a year. Just doesn't. But she's depressive so that's how she thinks. She is not reading her bible and quite low again.

The reality of all this is that Ma is going to be moaning for a whole week. I will need you guys just to cope. This combined with psycho sibling is going to be too much to bare. I just pray I last the train journey as right now I really don't want to go. I don't know if I can last the train journey and like I can't hide in the toilets anymore like I could at one time without being taken off....

And don't get paid till Thursday and am too skint to afford the train fare back from anywhere...

So yeah....tis me...Can't read all the posts am subscribed to...doesn't make any sense

Also bag came and it's a lovely old dolcis fabric jobbie ...perfect saddle bag. A little bobbled but can be fixed with a leather needle and an old corded skirt...

Hi, I had been wondering where you were then I saw you on someone's thread. So I knew you were all right.

I am with you in spirit about that train journey - I know our circumstances are different and I actually enjoy train travel in its own right but it has lots of bad associations for me now after having to make a lot of long journeys on my own to be with mum when she was very sick and couldn't see it. It brings me down just thinking of it and when it's a very long journey I think that must be worse.

Your poor mum - a car can be a lifeline even if it's psychological. And your friend in the hospital, how terrible for him, even if he will now get his medication and hopefully that will turn things round for him. So no wonder you are feeling bad about things. Will pray.

And in amongst all that - you have two good things! A payment made and a bag you're happy with! :T That tapestry bag will go with all sorts of wearables, too. Maybe you need a little bag-blessing ceremony... after all people in the past have blessed all sorts of things and this one is going to be your companion through all sorts of days and adventures.

Am now at Ma's though very tired having got up at 4.30 am...Left my food (all my wonderful bargains) and my water bottle somewhere but still. Should be rectified tomorrow.

On Ma's internet having eventually found her router so have semi decent internet ...Her router was way behind her bed LOL....Some folk ....

Would still rather she was on ethernet connection as like it's more secure but still..

Need prayer I can fix her pc for her on Saturday and like not lose anything (going God willing to partition the hard disk - haven't done that in years LOL...Prayer is needed though windows should be admittedly a lot easier than a mac)...

So yeah made it

Good to hear you've arrived safely! Sorry the bargains and the water bottle went awol... maybe they will find their way to someone who needs a meal...? (I was looking at the Sally Army publicity earlier: got me thinking about the homeless).

Lovely of your mum to pay for a cab.

I wouldn't have a clue about fixing the PC - just managed to disconnect my monitor while sweeping around the desk and it took some sorting, so I will leave proper computer stuff to people like you who seem to know what they're talking about!

Not bad Miggy....though like painkillers (needed) caused me to have an early start..

Need prayer (did I say this already) about e-juice for the e-cig as only have 50ml on me and am vaping about 10ml a day (with leaks) sol like need prayer that lasts....

Bed was lovely ...and the duvet so warm and refused to put the fire on when first got up this morning cos I thought the central heating will come on soon enough and then I'll be roasting LOL......

So yeah Ma still asleep.....Bless her...Off in search of a new water bottle first thing at Ma's work...PAD done (but not much money left in account after - only about £20 till Tuesday :eek:) but still

Morning all. Sorry I've been mia for a few days - been busy and tired (doing early am starts. Refusing to go back to bed :j - got to get this new routine sorted)...

Need prayer about me and DBS (dearly beloved sibling) for christian folk. She came home last night and I immediately (like an eejit) came out with 101 complaints which when she's just slipped on the ice she didn't appreciate. :eek:

Realised I have 101 issues with her so need prayer to be able to love her and forgive her. No one is perfect. Also realise that I need to take my own medicine about the grass not being greener on the other side because believe you me I certainly have it somewhere within me that the grass on H's side is greener and I'm jealous :eek:

Truly the heart is deceitful above all things and desperately wicked......Need I say more? And my heart has deceived me for about 10 years plus :eek: :mad:

Never mind Ma (bless her) trying for fix stuff and not giving either of us time to calm down...

Don't mention Ma's router - poor thing..the aerial has partially snapped off so I'm sitting her on my PAYG dongle. Have tried to fix it with electrical tape but still...

Budget going semi okay though I needed eye drops yesterday and a few other things...

Eating a little better than I was on Thursday though how long it'll last for I have no idea :eek: Drinking a gallon (maybe not) of water a day...sure feels like a gallon

Feels so good to fling all that monies at overdraft on Thursday (debt 2)...roll on March :money: Can't wait
