Morning all...
Tired dry eyes this am - probably not helped by the fact I was up at silly o'clock PADing (payment a day and debt snowballing).....and then jiggling and double checking the spreadsheets :rotfl:
And then I decided to buy inhalator @ £12 (it was only about £10 last time but I haven't got the £40 to bid on 101 of them) from EB.... and also some 52mg/ml e-liquid (no worries will dilute it) so that's that...
Of course this am I had a terrible trouble with my carto (e-cig again) and so even though I'd only had it in about 2 days I thought it needed replacing. And I had such tiny holes in the ones I'd punched on Sabbath I decided to repunch them and like punch some more...Maybe in a few days (note to self never punch cartos on Sabbath again - done that more than once and had to chuck about 5 of them ...hardly makes the tank cost effective but not Sabbathready for the xmas crawiness
I won't have chance to punch then so I'd rather have more than less
- not least when there's no e-cig suppliers over xmas
So yeah - tis me...Am also thinking of getting my giro 4 weekly or monthly ready for when I get a job. Obviously it's going to be a shift in mind set and I have to be well to avoid getting into more debt so maybe when the OD is lower just in case...Last time (about a year ago) when they changed it from weekly to fortnightly I had a terrible job getting used to it even with the spreadsheet. Maybe wait till March or February before asking. Don't know..opinions welcome

Morning all...Sorry for no update last night and just a quickie this am (as have women's drop in soon and have new Year cards to make. I'm so calvinist I don't even really celebrate xmas :easter - or easter either - hence the weird thing on my sig. I like to keep it out of Season)...
Anyhow...got to my graphic design class which was good - though it was just photoshop and completely different to the GIMP..(cos I'm skint I can't afford photoshop at whatever price it is on Software for Students).... So anyhow...It was really just playing and I'm not there next week as like G is on holiday so debating studying (have to start at some point. Test is on the 12th ) or baking banana loaf or carrot cake for down south....
Yes I'm visiting PS for the holidays (psycho sibling) and Ma. Normally I visit for New Year but the original plan was to get my name changed by deed poll on the 22nd which isn't happening now (apparently I can just use my birth certificate as am going back to my birth name thus saving £90 :j) so pray I'm up on time then....
Got food shopping (finally) yesterday apart from- Mayo
- Instant cheap coffee (bogging but has caffeine
)
- Curry sauce (but think I have some in)
- Bubble bath
Of course I made the mistake of texting M how little I'd spent (combined with giro day treats of £1.40 something on sausage rolls for lunch) which was £22 or something including £5 on xmas and birthday presents from the chinese supermarket and lentils (£3.99) from the asian store which is good emergency food and will last ages!!!....Just about to start the 5kg of rice I got cheap about 6 months ago - it was something stupid like £5 or less...Never me to miss a bargain. The asians didn't want it cos it's not basmati. I didn't say no.
So I don't know how much the above will come to...I reckon for 4x Bubble bath about £2 then the mayo will be about 1.20 and the coffee will be about 1.50/2... so I should have enough monies for some stampsor some fruit for like baking
It's tough having a budget of £30 a week but I like the challenge...
Today will be a LSD - all I need is my £1 for the drop in and that's well worth it cos I get a toastie and a few other yummies like homebakes
After tomorrow I should only have one more spend day till next Tuesday...
Any feedback yet on whether or not I should get my giros changed to Monthly? Wouldn't make a huge difference to the spreadsheet but would make a difference mentally so like would have to be well when it happened. Also they pay in arrears as well so I'd have 2 weeks without any monies at least if not 6....

Hi again!
Going from monthly to fortnightly giros is a big jump. For what it's worth I'd say don't do it till you can save up that two weeks' worth of money to tide you over the gap.
'Happy Easter'... it's always happy and for those who believe, it isn't limited to the celebration. So Happy Easter back to you!
£1 for the drop in centre is really good value - toasties, baking and company - just what you need on a short dark day.Miggy

I really want to do it and apparently I can get a crisis loan to tide me over the 2-4 weeks I don't get paid. I want it to tie in with my other benefits so like the same day.....
Whilst I'm reluctant to get 'yet another loan' if I can pay it back quickly I'm fine with it...It'll mean other stuff will get paid and I have my spreadsheet to work out exactly what I need. The minimum OD payment is £146 so that will be lower than I would normally pay off....
Depending whether I miss 2 weeks or like 4 weeks I think I will need the following
CT - 20
Electric 50
Mobile - 40
Interwebby and like phone - 30
which is a grand total of 140 plus my weekly budget of 30 a week and of course my loan...(by the time I've paid the OD it's about 146)...which works out (just doing it in my head) 400...that sounds about right...
So yeah ...if I didn't get paid for 4 weeks they'd give me about 600 but I only need 400 and I get 275 as it is in 'other benefits' so that brings my crisis loan down to 125...nothing.... and that's for the month....
So yeah I think it's perfectly viable......Now if I got them to take off £10 a week that wouldn't make much difference to my debt busting and like 10 weeks or 12 weeks is only 3 monthsand possibly a low interest rate too
E
PS. My volunteer job is part of fair share- worth seeing who does it locally and if you'd qualify to get free food
...so today I got free lemon chicken sauce (BBE 2/12) and 4 free packets of a combo of digestive chocolate packet biscuits and the wafers (don't want to say the brand name) and the latter has comp on to win monies...if you find it in the packet - doubt if I'll win but still :j

So evening all....
I had a really good dinner tonight of beans (cheap variety about 19p), pasta, cheap pasta sauce and frozen veg...
Am so much better than last night the boys are even out for run (And crashing into everything in the hall by the sounds of things LOL)...
Yes I have two pet rats - Milo and Bob and they should really be out for a run every evening but it often doesn't happen. Not least when unwell. I have about 3-4 doors I have to shut to let them out in the hall and there's often stuff in the way so it's quite a hassle removing everything then putting it all back. Tonight I found the cloakroom cupboard open so had to chuck shoes and coats all over just to get it to shut ...
And don't mention the touch typing or the studying...
But back to what I was saying. I had a cheap treat of Puerrh tea this evening (69p for 20 bags - from yeah - the chinese supermarket) and it's supposed to be good for weight loss. - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Potential_effects_of_tea_on_health and also http://teafinelybrewed.com/blog/pu-erh-tea-faq/
Now obviously it hasn't been 'proved' but watch me and see if by eating a normal healthy diet and just drinking the puerrh when I want to (with little to moderate exercise) if I can lose weight? The only other factor here so far is that of coming off mirtazapine (carb junkie pill. Every anorexic should be on it LOL) but still...Here's hoping...
I want to lose weight gradually and slowly but we all know this could go derriere up after my mega stressful (purely cos of whom I'm staying with) visit with PS next week (psycho sibling. I kid ye not...you think I'm insane...meet my sister!!!) She is typical PD but undiagnosed. Everything is so black and white. When I upset her she ignores me or throughs a hissy fit and then either slams the phone down or just doesn't talk or text me for months. If not a year or two. I then ask Ma and find out I've upset her. If I apologise it doesn't change anything. Of course she never apologises to me. If Ma challenges her about why she appears to have no love towards me she throughs a hissy fit. I don't know how she manages to work as a nurse with all it's challenges with all that going on. If she can't bear to be challenged how does she cope with appraisals for example? If I challenge her over the phone then I'm being aggressive and 'giving her grief', even when I don't raise my voice. I can practically tell you of our two minute conversations every now and then. (she never phones me btw. She didn't even tell me when she was off to Nepal the other month. It didn't matter cos I didn't text during that time apparently). They go like this
M: How are you?
PS: Fine
M: How's work?
PS. Fine
M: What have you been upto lately?
PS: Nothing much.
And that's about it....really every question I ask is replied with 'fine' or another vaguerism. It's like it's too scary to tell me any information in case I act on it. Really dear H I am not. I might pray but that will be it....And if I bite your head off I will apologise - unlike thee
So yeah...best go check the rest of the boards....
Might take Friday off volunteering as have sooo much to do before the holidays

Morning all..
Only about 10 mins to write to you lovely folk so mad panic....
Anyhow getting stressed out about next week. Not least psycho sibling ...
Of course she's not texted or phoned - say no more
And like I have now found out that I can't get paid 4 weekly for IS so that's that. I guess it's a blessing as I would get into more debt in the process but still....
And still to do a list for today and the chap who is supposed to be looking after my boys has not been in touch for the keys. He's really pathetic at looking after the house but still. Once I told him to put the phone on charge when I was away as I forgot. He said he couldn't find it. I got home, there it was on the sofa. Not exactly hidden....and I almost missed an appt due to his absentmindedness.......this is the same lazy oof who I mentioned in an earlier post (M)...He still hasn't gotten back to me about menu planning etc and doesn't get up till lunchLazy so and so....
Anyhow busy day today...Got to phone smoking cessation at 10 re the nasal spray then pop round to M's with the keys as he has key entry but I can get in before lunch
Also rattie ate part of the thumb of a sheep skin glove last night (bad rattie) so like have ordered new ones. Just hope and pray I have enough monies for next week

PS. Now the radio is talking about me again. Saying the medics are going to make me more stupid than I already am. Time to reduce the meds more. DD conned me (DD cos of his theology. The first D is for Dodgy) into taking 25mg this pm....what a fool I am!!! Must come off my pills...I don't know how but I have no choice. I am not going to let the docs kill me. I know everyone thinks I'm not well but it's not true. I know the radio is talking about me.
Got to figure out something before the family kills me too....Even nice Dr. C is full of lies. He makes out he's nice but he's really one of the henchmen. I 'aint stupid. Now DD has conned me I can not trust anyone. I don't know if I can trust anyone on here.....But still. As I type the radio is sending me messages. I have to tell someone and I don't trust any of my email contacts. Maybe nice Dr. A but you know what he will say. He'll just collude with the rest of them. It's pointless. Please don't collude if you are reading this - I'm begging you. Now an SJ is on the radio. Every radio station is controlled by the conspiracy. Even the ones I thought were safe...
Know a safe house anyone?

PS. I just C&Ped that to GI; HT and like DE...
Somehow don't think it was wise emailing it to G as he's deluded and married to a medic....
As for the other two...they are okay. Don't know if I can trust HT but can trust DE

PS. Please don't get me on about my jaunt to Mr. S this pm. Coffee that tastes like it's made from Cats (but has caffeine) had gone up from 47p per 100g (and it doesn't even come in a jar:mad:)to 67p...
Mayo was about 47p and bubble bath about the same
So think I got 2x bubble bath; 2x mayo and a big jar of normal coffee (300g for £2.50) and even then I had to raid the change pot for £1.....
So yeah not happy with Mr S...Next time I'm going to Mr M and then L...
