    Morning All -
Jo - *giant wave* had the same thought can't believe that it was 2 years since the first one either. Sometimes it still feels like yesterday.

Enchantica - Let me know how you get on with GiffGaff I was thinking about using them for a business line as I want to make sure that I have a work life balance. I sometimes feel a bit ambushed when clients call my mobile phone.

As for me made my to do list yesterday night, I am a being a bit of a procrasitinator but I know it is because it is a really big project that I am quite passionate about, and I don't want to fail. So, I will be cracking on with that.

Just have a few more listings to put on eBay - and happy that the sewing machine is getting so many offers.

So, yup very excited but nervous at the same time :) Here goes

Helpful link: Found a site called Storemates, if you have space at home you can rent your space to others for Storage to make money, see the site here: http://www.storemates.co.uk/index.html

    Dilli - *waving right back*!!
Thanks for that link. I was looking round it and found another link that will be really helpful for a different project of mine (non moneymaking). Yay - so only one post in and the power of the dribble wins through!!

  • An update from me...

Been really motivated since I started the challenge. I have sent 3 big blue ikea bags full of stuff to the charity shop, started filling a box up to send to zapper when I have finished going through my books - at £20 worth at the moment, have 20 items listed on my private ebay with 3 days to go and 13 items have bids, have been putting my £1 a day in the pot and I have worked my socks off stocking up my Etsy shop which I have had 1 sale from so far for £9.

One of my unwanted Christmas pressies has gone in the Zapper collection and also sent a couple of other unwanted gifts to the charity shop.

I am now working on sewing more Etsy and Ebay stock and will find some more clothes to list on the private ebay this weekend.

I am going to update my total on my sig at the end of each month when I have added everything up :)

    Hi all,
Not done much on the earning front yet but I'm hoping to sell a phone on ebay this weekend for £60+ and I'm booked in to sell art prints and cards at a vintage fair next month (I had better get drawing) I think I'll set up a folksy store aswell and re-vamp my website which is wofully out of date and currently has now shop. I'm also going to be starting a new blog with another artist for our vintage/burlesque inspired designs and this weekend I'll be having a ebay listing binge and selling my beloved purple ipod.
I'm also in the process of moving my loan onto a 0%cc which will save me about £200 this year :D

Full steam ahead, good luck everyone

OK, still at the planning and preparing stage, but ready to go and full on list on ebay this weekend. Also a lot of the craft things are coming together, another week and I should be ready for Etsy. I am plodding on with surveys, and am doing the postcode lottery. Also started to write some reviews ready to try out dooU, have read through lots of reviews to get a taste of what people write/like and this weekend I start to post.

I have got my pot for my £1 a day savings (not starting till Feb as I had to pay car tax this month and I am skint day by day already, so every £1 must buy food/petrol etc.

    Mood - still hopeful :)
To those who are given much, much is expected

        £2025 in 2025 = £680.60

            Fiver Friday #13 £35
          1. Might give this ago £12k would solve most of my financial plans not sure how can do it but will start this week.
          2. Another good day today, the man from fox recycling came and took the masses of old clothes in bin bags that I could not be bothered to car boot, there was 20.3kg and I got £10.30 they even came and collected it from my house for no extra charge! I had another 2 FB sales totalling £13 and am waiting on someone coming later today and another 2 arranged for tomorrow (if all goes to plan that's another £55! :) My vintage vinyl clocks are now on display and for sale in my local music shop for £22.99 (of which I take £15) and after what seems like forever since I submitted it, my article was published in the Daily Mirror today (on page 46 for those who are interested) and I have been informed that my cheque is in the mail next week!

I also am giving some quotes for writing press releases and doing some online marketing for a couple of people from various forums and I also responded to an ad for someone to write a press release and do some SEO and may have a monthly blog-writing spot for the company if they like my work! It's all been happening fast but most of all I am becoming more positive about this each and every day! I am even adding to my spreadsheet as it happens as I can't wait until the end of the day now!
          3. Nothing exciting really for me to report, ebay is still going strong! over half my items have bids :D Got six nights off from work so im stetting myself a little challenge to see how much money - be it cash, vouchers, cashback, etc - I can make between tomorrow and Wednesday. Going to look into agency work as its looking like i'll be working two nights on,five off. Good luck to you all who are taking advantage of the free ebay listing weekend!
