Living my life in fabulous shoes!

 my washing machine has flooded my flat! So I now have a damp hallway and have had to take the carpet up - plus will need to get somebody out to fix the washing machine! I thought my car was about to have problems as there was a warning light on - but now it's gone off again! So the washing machine got me instead!
On a better note, I have been paid! I have paid £123 to Barclaycard and my fuel should be a bit less this month as I have been off for a week so that should be another £50 towards it. Not much planned socially in January so I plan to have a really frugal month and try to start the year off well
Intended to get some jobs done today but after clearing up after the washing machine I lost all motivation - so have been watching trashy TV all afternoon
Nipped to the supermarket and got a few essentials -it's actually quite nice to eat 'normal' foodCurry for dinner! And I resisted the urge to buy a diet magazine - am sure there is nothing new in them, and would be unnecessary spending! :money:
Have been looking at the thread about 'small DFW things everyday' - some stuff I need to take on board I think. I never really think about how much electricity or water I useMy bills are not bad but I really want to throw money at Barclaycard without cutting back my lifestyle - a woman's right to shoes (thanks Carrie

End of the year is a bit flat to be honest
Staying in tonight and realised that I wasn't actually invited anywhere!
No big resolutions thing, don't want to set myself up for failureI suppose it's all about making a little more effort - eating better, exercising, being organised and looking after myself
And a January target to lose 7lbs!
