    Didn't go to the gym, and to quote Souk, it doesn't suit me! I really am not motivated to go so I am going to cancel it - £45 per month to not go is a waste of money :o Not sure what to do instead but I do need some form of regular exercise

    Have eaten quite well today, although I have just finished off some chocolate! Baby steps!

    Interesting text converation with an ex/old friend - he admitted to not making the best choices in life, which is very out of character! Was always very upbeat! Maybe he needs some of my newly acquired PMA :p

    Quiet night with the telly tonight, then planning another organised morning tomorrow

    I am also in process of signing up for a few 5ks and maybe 10ks so will have to train. I can run 5k but want to get a decent non-embarassing time :)
