    HI pap - just to say I second tesu's advice - I've done the same thing on the few occasions when I got charges and my bank (NatWest) always refunded them straight away. Hope it works for you too.

    Theyre probably asking for an interview because they want to extend your overdraft or offer you a loan :mad:. Best to write the letter asap.

    :rotfl: thats why its in little pieces, when i sent back the letter to not accept the £500 increase in my overdraft i had a right snotting letter back... it made me smile anyways and then that ended up in the bin like confetti
