When the payments are done then just close the account to avoid any more temptation. The forest would be very silent if no birds sang except for the birds that sang the best0

Ive actually got the Norwich and Peterborough card. That one was easy to get for me and Ive got lots of cards and lots of debt. I would try that one but Im sorry if you dont get it; its difficult to know the best one to try. You wont have to worry so much about your credit rating so much if you pay this off and dont get into debt again. The forest would be very silent if no birds sang except for the birds that sang the best0

Oh well thats changed because I got one only a few months ago and I am not a customer of theirs. Good luck with the other one. Dont give up until you are actually refused then it may damage your rating after that. The forest would be very silent if no birds sang except for the birds that sang the best0 -
You could try opening a savings account with N&P and putting a £1 in it but I suppose that is getting a bit complicated. The forest would be very silent if no birds sang except for the birds that sang the best0

postingalwaysposting wrote:well i cant and i wont... purely because she has just this 1/2 hour given me £30 back which was for the bt bill (another bill that i pay and she gives back) but last month they increased the bill buy 100% but i must say thats because of her and my brothers chatting on the phone... plus £20 she lent from me out of my driving money... the holiday thing is difficult as i cant drive at the momment the only chance i get to go away is with mum unless i travel on a coach or something
but i will try and tell her i wont bail her out anympre but when you live in the same house and you want electric and the meter isnt topped up and the electric is turned off its hard
Do you have a list of the money she owes you? Could you stick it on the fridge or othersuch?
Why are you consistently paying the bills and she giving you the money back? wny Cant she open a seperate bills account (you keep the card) and do everything on direct debit?
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
Just read all this today, and wanted to echo what others have said. You can't expect to not make mistakes occasionally, and it could have been much, much worse so try not to feel too bad about it. You've got yourself a plan to clean it up, so as long as you stick to it it's all sorted. Think of it as a training exercise
I agree with Lynz too - you need to try and get out of the habit of bailing your mum out for *both* of your benefitDFW Nerd #104 I :heartpuls my Kittenand my hat :heartpuls
