Good.
Whatever you do, car, flat or college is your decision but the loan was a BAD BAD idea. If you have savings then you have choice. Enjoy the feeling of debtfreeness and don't get dragged down by a chain of debt around your neck again. Live within your means, spend less than you earn and you will be happy.
