Tenants haven't paid yet. Oh dear. Not sure what to do next but will think about it.

Payday is approaching, part of my salary is already in my bank account but still waiting for the rest to arrive. I need to submit my overtime for this month too, will do it tonight. I'm off swimming today, so won't be eating at home, good as the tyre on my waist is really bothering me and we are off to see my OH's judgemental parents in a month time so need to concentrate on shredding it.

OH got £100 extra for overtime ,will pay it towards the loan at one point.

Tenant paid finally, so glad and relieved.

all good otherwise, well, stressful really but that's just work and the flats and OH. I nearly had a heart attack when the insurance company said that they couldn't modify our insurance till August but thankfully it's all done and dusted, thanks to the internet!

I have to sort out tickets for Portugal holiday but apart from that my to-do-list is finally empty!

Work is so busy, I have no time during the day for anything whatsoever. Just hoping tomorrow will be an easier day. I'm babysitting at the moment, £36 extra will go towards the loan, I'm hoping to make an overpayment tomorrow. Not sure about amount yet.

High on CBFM but as I'm not at home, no chance for BD. I feel a bit down at the moment, really want to help OH somehow but not sure how.

Regular payment of £310 went out on Fri and £600 overpayment has been made. Nearly third of our debts have been paid off in the last 3 months. Let's keep up the good work.

Nothing else is happening, it's been a lovely, relaxing weekend doing not much at all.

Can I just scream a little bit???

Being a landlady is ok but when you have more flats than it gets complicated. One of ours is going to be empty again, one of the tenants is moving after 2 years. I just feel so fed up, it's like a neverending story and I really wanted to have a break! So spending again time putting the advertisement on the internet and dealing with potential tenants. AAAAAAGGGHHH!

OH had his assessment and the result is that everything as it should be and he needs to give himself time to heal properly. Not sure what to think of it really. Just hope he will get better.

It's cd17 now and still high on CBFM, I want to get my peak now!!!

Bank account balance is depressing, I have £450 on it but £350 will go out in a couple of days. So not much left till the end of this month.

OH is really struggling with his nose and now planning to ask for second opinion, it's getting a bit too much for him. I feel so sorry but don't know what to do:(. I try to be supportive but it's not easy.

I got my peak yest on CBFM so hopefully we are in with a chance this month. This is the last month to qualify for the double maternity pay as well as my other employer is leaving in Sept. So a bit of pressure I would say.

Full of flu today, feeling blocked up and just not well in general. Have plenty to do but no ambition to start, I just need to survive this weekend.

OH ended up in A&E yest with his blood pressure but all is sorted now so hoping for a better day.

All is not good in the Kavics' household. OH is abroad and no idea when he will be back, I'm sick of worry as he doesn't sound well on the phone. I feel paralyzed as I can't leave now although I know he is not alone so should anything happen he would have people around him.

I don't do well when alone either, hate the feeling when i get back home:(. I have plans for the weekend but it doesn't excite me:(.

Money wise: tough month. Because he is away, I can't make any overpayment from his salary, we need to wait till he is back. The flat is still not rented, not sure what to do now, I might give it to an agency or talk to our other tenants whether they want to upgrade. I don't want to worry about this as well but it's always a constant reminder. Not good.

I'm pretty sure I'm not pregnant, I worried so much since ovulation:(. Oh gosh, can't wait March to be over.

Feeling overwhelmed by OH not being here, he is in a really bad state:(. He is not at work, I have asked his mate to talk to his boss and gave him the sick note so hopefully it's all sorted.

I put 12 things on ebay, one already has bidding on it. They are all low value items but now every little helps. I went out for lunch yest with friends and saw my brother after but today was a very long, lonely day:(.

I am going to test this week but with the stress and worry I don't think we are in for a chance. We shall see.

Ah, and I gave the flat to an agency, I can't deal with it this time.Hopefully they find tenants soon.
