Good news on the Hungarian loan. You are doing so well and seem so organised!

Sorry to hear you are under the weather. I just feel exhausted tonight - in fact ready for bed now before 7 pm lol.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend. :p

Thanks Lam, I have always lots to do on my to-do-list and feel happy If I cross everything. Which is rarely happening nowadays:). We did a lot over the weekend, we decided that it was time for our parents to meet. Eeeek! We've been together for 8 years and as both of ours parents live in different countries (so are we), it seemed impossible to organize it. But we took the plounge and in July my OH's parents will fly to Budapest for 5 days to see my family, we will be there at the same time. Need to organize a lot of things though such as airport transfer (they don't speak any foreign language), hotel bookings, etc. The positive thing is that I managed to book tickets for the Summer Open Air Theatre in my city which is a huge event and I'm sure they will love it!

I need to sort out the taxes of the properties next week, if that's done than all is good hopefully.
    To do list:

    x call tenant
    x pay tax bill 1
    x pay tax bill 2
x sort out yearly tax bill
x send permission to my mum to cancel house insurance 1, 2
x find out cheapest house insurance for all flats and do them online
x buy travel insurance for mum and dad
x buy present for auntie and send it
x buy duvet cover and get rid of really old spare one
    x buy cbfm

AF is still not here but I'm pretty sure I'm not pregnant. I have spots all over and the pregnancy test was negative:(. Feel sad but will try probably the clear blue fertility monitor for this month as I don't know when I ovulated over Xmas, internet cheapies are not good:(. I also need to concentrate on weight loss again, as soon as AF arrives I will start eating better, at the moment I just crave sweets.

    Thanks Missy:).

Well, it's monday already and I bought a CB fertility monitor from a fellow MSE:). Sticks been ordered on amazon so this month I can track it properly and see when I ovulate exactly. No AF yet but I guess it will arrive soon.

Money wise bank account looks healthy and we just realized that no council tax this month and in Feb so that amount will go towards the loans as well. Sainsburys going out next week and I will still have £200 left, great news.

Tax bills have been calculated but can't pay them as I forgot to bring the reference numbers:(. Will do it tonight. Shoot, just been to Asda and forgot the present for my auntie:(. I will have to do it tmrw.

Ovulation sticks arrived, it was not even 24hours that I placed the order. Monitor on its way so should be able to use it as soon as it comes.

Tax bill still hasn't been paid, I forgot it again:(. I'm babysitting tonight so won't do it but will have to tmrw.I need to do it by the 12th.

I also sold a pushchair last night and the other one is going tmrw, £50 for something we got as a freebie! I have a couple of bits and bobs to sell, just need to find the time!

Still no period, not sure what is happening. Pregnancy test is still negative. Oh dear, I jsut want to have it now and get over it!

Tax bills paid, now just need to transfer money for accomodation and flight tickets to my mum. We are close to book Portugal ticket as well, just need to make sure that the area is the one we want.

Money wise, £310 went towards Sainsburys and I still have £350 in my account so will make an extra £200 overpayment tmrw. OH is looking to get some extra money in the week after next week as well. All is good. So far.

Still no AF, not sure what is happening. Pregnancy test is negative. Still. Feel deflated, cross and angry.

Money wise: I sold a pushchair so we got £50 extra in. I than spent that on a fusion card so I can go swimming half price for a year. I only need to go there for 2 months to get the money back so all is good. I need to make an overpayment towards Lloyds and have plenty of other things to do as well.
