Thursday Afternoon, I'm so tired. Baked 2 cakes this morning so presents are all sorted now. Just need to make a list for food and we will buy it on Saturday. We have my brother for dinner today, so not much resting. Work is finally not as busy, but still have things to do:(.0

Whoop, whoop, last day at work before Xmas! I'm back in between but at least will have a couple of days off.
I got a Xmas bonus from one boss, that will duly go on the loan account, will try to do it today though not sure I will have the opportunity to go to the bank. Maybe tmrw, if the bank is open. Also got a lovely facial for Xmas, very happy with that.
To do list for today:
x wrap brother's present
x give presents to bosses
x buy bread
x write food shopping list for tmrw
x write food menu for tmrw
x ask brother to buy flowers for tmrw
x email K, K2, MF, JD, Zs
Not long but than I have no desire to do anything either.0 -

Productive evening so far, I ticked everything off my list apart from food shopping. Will do it tomorrow.
I received another bonus from other boss, £525 will go on account over the weekend (will try to pop into bank tmrw morning). So next week I will be making at least £1050 overpayment on Lloyds. I feel strangely weird, this time last year it was exactly the same situation, I started to make overpayments in December starting with my bonus. I so want to be debt free for good, even though this is not really a debt I feel that it's a burden! Lol, I know we are extremely lucky to have good incomes, mortgage free flats and whatever happens the loans are covered by the rent.
I also received Xmas presents from bosses, one massage and one facial. So glad!
We ordered a new cycling jacket for me tonight, it was half price (£35, night vision) and waterproof. I will wash this one and put it on ebay, I'm sure I can get £15 for it. It's still a good jacket but not waterproof anymore and I have been getting really wet recently.0 -
Merry Xmas everyone!
I paid £1200 yesterday towards Lloyds, current balance is £12.573. I will try to bring it down to £12k by the end of the year.0 -
Christmas is over so is the indulging! Diet back on today, I would ideally like to lose 6lbs by the end of January. No more sweets during the day and I have to make sure that I eat proper lunch, as if I'm hungry than I eat rubbish. Today is good so far, let's hope that I keep it up.
As for ovulation, not sure what happened over Christmas, I couldn't really figure out when I ovulated. The internet cheapies didn't work properly and I didn't have any clearblue left so this month is a hit or miss I guess. I will count that I ovulated on the 26th though and will test on the 9th of January.
Money wise, expensive month it was!
We went for the sales on the 26th and spent £46 in Next. This was calculated before so all good, what I didn't anticipate was that OH would upgrade our telly to a bigger one. He persuaded my brother to buy our telly and we will need to add £110 for a bigger one:(. Men and their toys. I also ordered a new cycling jacket as my yellow one is not waterproof anymore and I got wet every day the last 2 weeks. I will put this one on ebay once the new arrives, hopefully I get a bit money for it. The jacket itself was half price and paid £35. OH ordered a bike part and I ordered 2 books (£5) so that will go out in January too. And made a calendar for OH's parents which instead of costing us £10, cost £17. The good news is that I made over £40 on ebay by selling all our electricity monitors which I got for free.
I have a couple of other things going on ebay, will put them at the weekend.0 -
I have a wobble over our Hungarian mortgage, contract should be signed on the 3rd and we need to pay the money on the same day. They gave us an estimated calculations how much it would be and I have appr. £200 more on that account but now not sure whether it will be enough or not:(. Feel stressed but nothing I can do, we shall see.
Just did some calculations, I think I might be able to pay an extra £700 towards lloyds once one cheque clears but that won't happen before the beginning of next week. January shouldn't be too bad, credit card bill stands at £800 at the moment and that's less than the December one was. I also withdrew money from paypal, I made nearly £100 in Dec. I also have NYE babysitting booked, should be £90 for 5 hours.
Lots to do on my to do list but can't do anything till I get home:(. I need to find a present for my goddaughter too and order vests and leggings if I find time.0
