    Apologies if this sounds obvious, but make sure you check your bills for any added VAT to the unauthorised charges.

    I doubled checked my bills and each of the £1.25 charges that I received had VAT added at the end of my bill, so in effect I'm owed back £1.50 for each charge.

    Sorry to drag up and old thread but this seems very relevant. Directly related to mobivillage and Orange. Appears though it is the fault of this third party company.
