  • Very confusing!

We've not had our new calculation letter yet, however £1100 has been paid into our account this morning.
Problem is that the first calculation letter we got back in September said £3200 was coming to us, has anyone else been given a lower figure than the first calculation letter?

Our claim was to honoured on 2 loans, one that's currently running and one that was consolidated with this open loan. Maybe they have just paid out on the old loan first? The open loan has been re-structured and is still showing a minus figure, could this mean that they are still waiting to payout the rest from what's been paid into the loan?

    Confused.com!!! :o(

Hey I have also received some refund money. Only a small % though. On my original letter I was told I would receive near 4k. Though I only got 2.5
Today. My loan has not been restructered yet and is open.

Lets hope this 2nd letter comes through today, doubt it'll explain the random payment method though!
  • I got the letter yesterday and have received payment today wahoooooooooooooooo! This was for my loan, am STILL waiting on my credit card payment. Will call today and sort it out. This is one MASSIVE step to me being debt free... Such a good feeling :j
Once the CC payment is received then I'm saying bye to Lloyds for good :D

Congrats to everyone that got their payments too - Dustybin have you had yours too??
  • Hi All I have just logged into my account and I have some of the money that is owed however like some not all of it! I am due £15.5k and have had £11.9k transferred in so missing just under £4k. However as some of my earlier posts were answered apparently the rest is the interest and will be paid my cheque? Very backwards way though! If some of you call Lloyds today can you let me know what they say before I call them later tonight?? I hope they have not recaclulated it to be less money ?? At least there is finally some movement though!!! :T

Yep a BACS payment for me too. Only on 1 of my 2 claims though. I've had the payment for the closed loan. I have an open loan (not in arrears) that i am still outstanding an accepted claim on, but its a start!

Checked my Lloyds TSB bank account this morning, after my sister in law told me to log in as she had been refunded her ppi… I’m now £7280 better off :j

    No interest re-calculation though...
  • Yep - me too !!

I've been paid my full amount plus a bit extra ( not quite sure as my calcs letter is at home, but just under £100).

Not had the additional letter yet, I'm assuming Lloyds thought the letters would have arrived by now.

To say I am please is an understatement. :D

Just to give context, my offer letter was 22nd August, calcs letter 16th September
