That'll be the tax payers money down the drain then. Do you think Oratio is off sick because the stress of losing his bonus got to him?

Has anybody actually been into their local Lloyds TSB branch to see what they can do?

Im tempted to go in and make a scene....not wearing a balaclava though :)

I did, they apologized but told me it was out of their hands and there was nothing they could do and gave me the number that was in my original letter

I think the problem that some of us have is that we have current and old loans and all of them are being dealt with under the same claim number. I have 1 current loan and 4 old loans, but as they are all under the same claim number I think that the refunds from all of them will be dealt with all at the same time rather than in dribs and drabs. I am still waiting for any money to come back and will call them today as this is now week 7 from receiving my offer letters.

    Not the case I'm afraid.

My loans were all lumped under the same reference number (3 settled/one live).

I've been paid for the settled accounts (in separate cheques) but am still waiting for the live loan account.
  • Just got in and i have the elusive`updated letter`with an extra £32
it says`we are working to arrange payment on your case as a priority`who knows might nearly be there !!!!:rotfl::rotfl:
  • New to this, but have been following this thread and feel I should add my frustrations!!!!!!
I started my claim with Lloyds in October 2010 (Yes last year), my complaint was finally upheld in June, and I have never received my offer letter but know how much I am due to receive and when the offer letter was sent, this was 1st September and like everyone else I am still waiting! Lloyds were meant to send out a copy offer letter on the 14th Sept after a phone call, I still haven't had it. I am starting to think maybe I am destined never to receive a thing lol.

I have lost count of the phone call, emails! The FOS have sent chaser after chaser, but they don't reply they have managers chasing them but they fail to respond to them so what hope do we have??????????

I am ever hopeful each day I check my balance you never know the gods may look down on me soon.
