  • I'm in the same position as everyone else, got our calculations letter mid september and still no refund. Our loan was paid off 4 years ago. Everytime we call we are told 28 days, then 21 days..Im now getting annoyed, especially as people have had there calculations letter after mine and have been received payment! How hard is it to do a bank transfer...

    Hi

I can understand how frustrating this can be.

And I am aware they have another company dealing with the backlogs as well, so hopefully you will not be waiting for much longer.
I'm waiting for payouts from them as well, but will leave it a bit longer before I get i touch with them.
I have read on other sites they have been paying out again, so hopefully this means good news, good luck.;)

  • anyone received this letter yet with new calculations. Was toldon monday everyonewith claims before 21st october would receive the letter BEFORE this weekend
  • Hi All,
First ever post for me so bear with! :)

I've been reading through the various horror stories etc and having submitted my complaint yesterday im preparing myself for a long wait!

One thing i wanted to check is that i was told i would receive a letter within 5 days confirming that my complaint has been recorded. Then it will take up to 12 weeks for a decision to be made and for me to be notified of the outcome.

Has anyone experienced delays in this part of the process or is it just the delays in the actual payment once its agreed that are being experienced?

    Regards,
    James
  • Hi James, no they will get back to you within this time scale, its the payouts which are taking for ever! i've been waiting 2 months now for my cheque. Lets hope I get it before xmas this year!

Just be nice to those poor customer services staff when you phone up to complain. You wouldn't want to hurt their delicate feelings too much....!
