I've just gone onto the BBC watchdog website and submitted a story to them about Lloyds TSB and their fob offs. Probably won't make any difference, but how can a bank not know when they're going to pay their customers?SPC = £15.54 #1413
£2 challenge = £22
DEBT =[STRIKE]£5030[/STRIKE] £4488.50 (10%)0 -

I've just been on the phone to them again. They told me previously I'd be paid by the 6th October, after changing my payment details on the 5th September. Now they're telling me end of October, beginning of November. She did add "I don't want to be fobbing you off" pfft! That was a fob off if ever I heard one.SPC = £15.54 #1413
