First&foremost a massive thankyou to martin& the dedicated team of helpers on this site,i received a upheld letter dated 31/8/11 showing only 1 loan on my letter i posted on a thread a few weeks back regarding this.the impression i got was it included the other loans with ppi on so i left it,i rang the call centre up 2 weeks ago to see if they had received my acceptance letter.it had not been scanned but was kindly told to ring them back in 2/3weeks time, today ive noticed just under 4k as been put into my account via the bacs system.ive had no calcs letter nor as my c.c compliant letter been received the 16 weeks were up on that last week, iam not been like a banker but would this payment be a initial payment once again a massive thanks to all on this site....:T0

Just phoned them myself, and was told similar to others that there was a hold up in august, but the hold up was weeks not months so should be with me very soon.
my 21days was up today.0 -
And the wait still goes on........ho hum :-( my 21 days was up mid August and still nothing but excuses, and to add salt to the wound, they wont give me a early settlement figure on the loan this claim is relating to as I have an open ppi
claim with them :-( Can they refuse to allow me to clear my loan? And will they just take off whats left of this loan off my award????? Confused.com.0 -

I'm really pleased that they're giving me the full refund though as I can pay off the highest interest things first, which isn't my now 0% interest collection agency for them
Ive emailed them today saying the same so fingers crossed ##wheresmymoney!!!!##

Maybe we should all complain about the length of time it is taking and the poor customer service we are being shown. I'm surprised that there is no media coverage on how long it is taking for people to receive their money back.
I said in my e-mail to them if I owed you cash and said you will get it soonish (what I was told today no date just soonish) how would Lloyds respond? Maybe I'll pay you next week or next month I've not decided yet!! I'm suprised the press havnt picked it up:mad:

Good point. Is there anyone on the forum who has any experience with working with the media? Perhaps this forum could generate a news item somehow, and shame them in to paying us?0 -

went into my local bank, who phoned ppi for me. Apparently I was meant to be on priority spreadsheet for last 2 months, but got missed off for some reason, he could see my details on this months spreadsheet, with notes saying amount needed to be re-calculated as amount was agreed 3 months ago!!!!!
Was told 7-10 working days, and was instructed to go back into bank if money not in my account by then and she would take it further........tick, tick, we shall see if my award appears in my bank account, although I am not holding my breath, been waiting 3 months so far lol!!!!!0
