Apparently I was meant to be on priority spreadsheet for last 2 months, but got missed off for some reason, he could see my details on this months spreadsheet, with notes saying amount needed to be re-calculated as amount was agreed 3 months ago!!!!!
Was told 7-10 working days, and was instructed to go back into bank if money not in my account by then and she would take it further........tick, tick, we shall see if my award appears in my bank account, although I am not holding my breath, been waiting 3 months so far lol!!!!!
When did you receive your letter? I got mine 30th July was told on the 30th September that i will get payment within 7-10 days not sure if thats working days or not. I am going to count it as working days so hopefully by 14th October i should have money. Hopefully you get yours too0 -

Hi Daveyboy,
I was given award amount over phone, end of July. Apparently a letter had been sent out to me on 17th July, but even after requesting this letter 3 times, I have still not received it! This money was meant to have been in my account within 21 working days!!!!!! Still waiting.
Person I saw in branch today, told me to expect cash in bank within 7-10 working days, so said to give it 2 weeks. Yes you SHOULD get your money by 14th IF they are actually telling the truth this time!!!!! Fingers crossed for you, and for myself too :-)0 -
I've just got back of holiday and ive still NOT been paid! Fuming, will be on the phone to them tomoz. The 3rd of Aug was when I had my calculations letter. Watchdog seems like a great idea right now. Will beg closing my current account when I eventually get it.0

Parsnips, you can go in but all they will be able to do is give you the number for PPI claims as they not dealing with anything to do with PPI in branch. I got the woman from branch to call them and she spoke to (in her own words!) 'a very uncomfortable young man'. She said they are up to their eyeballs in backlog, and I was now on priority list with amount to be recalculated due to taking so long to pay out, and that I would get money in 7-10 working days....we shall see!0 -

mine was calculated to 5th october, try emailing CEO like I have see if you have any luck that way...might help? lloyds are a joke don't actually think they know what theyre talking about anymore as i've been told that many different tales.. ...if we owed them what they owe us we'd get a bailiff kicking the door down...next stop watchdog if i dont get any joy from ceo

Yes, that's going to be my next option. It's like you say, conflicting stories each time you ring up. I've had time scales, no time scales, BACS payment, immediate transfer, one lump sum being paid, payments split into premiums and interest. Surely they get briefed on the situation daily. It feels like its "say what you want"0
