This is a very good point that Lloyds seem unable to answer?

Why are they not get paid with priority?

spoke to customer srvices again sorry we are not giving time scales so is there any point phoning you reply no not really will tell you the same thing. demanded to speak to someone higher. No there is no body else then i say well i am going to a newspaper quick as a flash some welsh cheeky wifey comes on the phone repeating what the first person says.

I ASK WHY DO PEOPLE JUST GETTING THERE LETTER NOW ARE GETTING PAID AND I HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE 13TH SEP WHY DO YOU NOT GET THE LIST OF PEOPLE WAITING AND CLEAR ALL OF USE FIRST.

Just spoke to the RUDEST customer services rep. Her name was * and apparently She can't tell me anything and also NO-ONE will get any payments without the 2nd recalcation letter, which hasn't even been generated for me yet. My compliant was upheld in septemeber and I haven't heard from them since my offer letter was recieved early october, from a claim put in in may.

I have phoned them weekly and was apparently put onto the team leaders spreadsheet on the 24th Novemeber but nothing has come of that! Was told last week that in that reps experience they've never had anyone phone back complaining they've not had their money within 2 weeks or so. Oh and apparently the fact that I'm a member of this forum is noted on my file!

Tried to speak to my MPs office today to get his help but he seemed totally uninterested. I'm awaiting a phone call back from them tomoz x

right now i have spoke to the fos and will be putting in a complaint to them after i eventually or ever get my money. I have also emailed my MP as this is truely annoying

cleared 80% back log really it sounds like it to me
if the people who are dealling with this to take phone calls from people what exactly are they doing twiddling their thumbs or playing on facebook i think.

ps i dont have a second letter either date of 1st 13th sep.

Sounds like crap - how would they know you on forum and your full and and address ......!

absolutely. unless you have told them yourself that you are on the forum they couldn't possibly know. scare tactics I think, more fuel for the fire!

This is what I feared, not generated here either. Especially since some people have had that 2nd letter for weeks/months and STILL no money. :mad::mad::mad:

Is it just loans they re utterly slow on or is it the credit cards aswell ?! Random question!
